Rick and Sandy our family can't thank you enough times for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The photos, and description on the internet were 100% accurate. Your home was an oasis for us for almost 2 glorious weeks. It was evident that you did not miss a beat when it came to details, because items i had forgotten at my home were in and around your home. We were very impressed with the home and grounds being kept immaculate, and modern. The security in and around Windsor Hills community was a comfort in itself, and the staff were always so friendly, allowing us to tend to some business with using fax machines/computers. We loved having the pool, and hot tub which we put to good use with 2 small children. Your home also provided us with enough privacy because it is so spacious. Another great advantage was that we were so close to all of the premium shopping malls, as well as all of the attractions such as Sea-World, and Disney. Wow - A Wonderful and Beautiful Villa!

Wow!!! What can I say, what a wonderful and beautiful villa, we absolutely loved it! Windsor Hills is a gated and 24 hours manned, lovely community which also has a fabulous comunual pool and club house (with internet and printer access) which was popular with the community at Windsor hills, which is lovely if you have children who like to socialise. The villa itself is a home from home with every amenity, free internet access, telephone calls, (and much more) you could wish for, very tastefully decorated with good quality furniture and fittings including a large tv with numerous channels in the main living area and tvs/dvds/wii/ps2 in all other bedrooms, the games room is great with very good quality games and equipment. The pool area is lovely and private well equiped with furniture and a bbq. The pool was kept extremely clean whilst we were there. The jacuzi was like getting into a bath tub, very relaxing. It is by far the best villa (This is our sixth) we have stayed in and just a 10 minute drive from the Disney attractions. We had excellent communication from Sandy the owner, she always answered any queries immediately and gave us excellent information from the very start. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hi Sandy, We had the most wonderful time at your villa, it is absolutely stunning! Everything about it was just amazing. When you enter, it definitely has the WOW!! factor. We could not believe the space and the cleanliness of the villa. The pool area was wonderful and we had to drag ourselves away from it to go to the theme parks!! It was lovely to be able to BBQ around the pool and although we didn't cook very much, the kitchen had every amenity you could think of, the kids loved stocking up the American fridge freezer with ice lollies and ice cream!!!! We truly had an amazing holiday and your villa made it very special indeed. I researched this holiday for 2 years before I finally short listed your villa, so if anyone out there is like me and dizzy with websites and visions of villas , look no further, you could not get better than this villa. If we ever return to Orlando we will definitely be booking your villa again, we were soooo sad to leave. Thank you for all your prompt responses to emails and all your help and advice. Cannot think of a better experience! This house was a perfect fit for us. The pool and game room were a big hit and kept all 6 kids ranging in age from 11 years to 5 months entertained and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to help the ease of traveling with children, providing a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, booster seats, strollers, etc. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The floor plan was perfect to give everyone their own private space and bathroom. The kitchen was nicely equipped and made cooking our own meals easy. Conveniently located right by Disney and not far from many other theme parks. Owners were easy to work with and gave plenty of information about the area and even driving instructions to the theme parks. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Place for Children (including babies)

Every two years my family of 5, my parents and my in-laws plan a trip to Orlando. We have stayed in several different rental homes but we do not need to look any further. This home had everything and more. The kitchen was so well equipped and the decor was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect (we have had many problems with heat in the past). We all had our own bathrooms even the kids! The gamesroom was great. And I should mention the beds.....they were super comfortable. The pictures online were accurate. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. The location is perfect within Orlando and the resort (beside a playground). I have already recommended this property to friends and family. See you soon!!!

That was really a requirement when purchasing a home for vacationers, as it is so important that everyone can efficiently and quickly get ready for their day at the parks! We also provide premium pillow-top mattresses and great pillows (and lots of them), as we realize how important a good night's sleep is when on vacation! And we try to have something for everyone, including the "little ones" in the gameroom, so glad that worked out for you as well. We chose our lot carefully when building the home, and paid for a premium lot in order to be next to the playground and to have the beautiful green area behind the pool/spa/lanai. Thanks for mentioning all these things! Even though 2 years away when you plan to return, I am sure the time to reserve again will be coming by quickly. My family just returned from our trip and we can't say enough about the quality of accommodations. Your home is beautifully decorated and was extremely comfortable and immaculate. This was by far the most relaxing vacation to Disney that we have experienced. In the past, we stayed at Disney resorts, however, we decided to take a chance and try something different. I can say with absolute certainty that we would love to return. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults loved everything especially the spacious living area, kitchen, and amenities. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so wonderful. I would highly recommend this home to any family who is looking to have a relaxing Disney vacation. This home is in close proximity to all area attractions.

This was our first stay at a VRBO home and I have to tell you it won't be my last! This home was everything it discibed it self to be. It made our trip, coming back to such a great home with all the comforts was like walking into our home. It was full of all the things you would need for a week long stay. Spacious, very clean, beautiful. Located minutes from the front gate of Disney World, it was so convient. Next time we are in the Orlando area this will be the home we rent! Thank you so much for the Christmas tree, it was a real delight to open the door upon arrival and see the Christmas tree on lit up!

Dream House

My husband and our 6 children, (12,10,8,5,3, and 5mth old) and my parents stayed at this home for two weeks 9/20/10-10/1/10 and really hated to go back home. First of all the home is beautiful and well kept up. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. A great room and a great kitchen with plenty of seating. A garage turned into a playroom which all of my children immensly enjoyed. Since we had a baby there was plenty of ammenities for him as well. A highchair, playpen, crip, stroller, and more. The community is great. We did not actually use any of the playground or main swimming pool as we did all of our swimming at the private pool located at the house. It also has a hot tub which, after the children went to bed my husband and I liked to sit at and just talk with our aching feet soaking in the tub after a long day at the parks. During our stay we did 5 days at Walt Disney World and 3 days at Universal Studios. The house is very close to WDW. Universal is further about 10-15 minutes. The owners are wonderful. Mrs. Janus kept in touch with me from the time I made the reservation to the time we got back home. When I had questions, like which stores for groceries were closest, she replied promptly and was always willing to help. We truly had a magical time at the house. We only get to Florida about every three years but I will definately want to stay at that same house again.

Fantastic Holiday!

We have stayed at this villa in Windsor Hills three times so far and have enjoyed every visit. The villa is tastefully decorated with lots of warm colours and comfy beds and furniture. No expense has been spared in equipping the house, there really is everything you need including many spare towels and every kitchen gadget you can think of. There is a games system, telephone with free calls to the UK, large TV's, DVD players etc. The bedrooms are large and have a bathroom ensuite or just next to it. On all three arrivals the house was spotless, I've stayed at other villas where we have to run crockery through the dishwater before you eat but not here. The pool is a very good size and gets plenty of sun, there is loads of space to relax and the patio furniture is not the cheap plastic stuff which you need to put 5 towels on! We particularly appreciated the games room which unlike other homes had a great selection of toys for younger children as well. My two little girls played with the train set and the play kitchen quite a lot while we were there which gave myself and my wife a 5 minute break! The house has a kettle and a tea pot - vital for British guests! The villa is located on Windsor Hills which is about as close to Disney as you can get in a villa, you are also just a minute from the 192 which has many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You can be in Disney property in about 5 minutes depending on the time of day. This location is hard to beat. As I said we have stayed in this home three times and contact with the owners Sandy and Rick has been fantastic, emails are answered very promptly and I know they put great effort into ensuring that the house is kept in top condition. These are pro villa owners. You can book this villa knowing that you will have a fantastic holiday in very luxurious home. You do need to book early as this is a popular villa. Jonathan

I'm not a big fan of sharing one room with my family of four. That being said, your house far exceeded my expectations on many levels. Primarily, the house was immaculate. I know how hard renting must be on the homes in Orlando, but yours has been very well maintained. We felt like we were the very first guests to the home (even though your calendar tells me that is far from reality). Then, due to my In-Laws and my parents coming down with us - I was concerned how the dynamics of the different families would play out. The floor plan of your house was absolutely perfect for the 8 of us and allowed each of us a home base from which to operate out of. Perfect!! The kitchen was well designed for our stay - and well equipped!! We did not want for anything! On to my 5 and 3 year old... they had a tough time deciding whether to spend all of their time in the pool or the game room. This is the first house we have rented that the pool was warm enough for us to swim in - the system works without fail!! Hooray!! We used it every day. Even by our last day, we had not used all of the games you provided. To top it all off, as this was a Christmas present from the grand parents to their grand children - the Christmas tree started the entire trip off on the right note by setting the stage. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We have rented many homes. Yours is the first that I wanted to comment on - though, selfishly want to keep your home a secret so that it can stay as perfect as it is now! ;) You have been a pleasure to rent from. I hope to return in two years!!

"Perfect Vacation Home" "We were very impressed with this new vacation home. We would definitely stay there again. We had 3 families staying together with a 2-year old, 4-year-old, 6 year-old and 2 nine-year olds. The security fence around the outdoor pool was great to have for the 2 year-old. The 9-year olds loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey. The 4 and 6-year olds really enjoyed the castle park 3 blocks away and the large community pool. Private bathrooms near or in each of the bedrooms provided privacy. You cannot get any closer to Disney without staying on the property. This home has all of the amenities down to the last details. Looking for a villa in Orlando? Look no further, this is the villa you are looking for! This villa is fantastic! We have stayed in several villas but this one is the best! It really feels like home, such a nice warm decoration. Great pool and spa, good kitchen etc. The service of the owner and the management company is great. We have enjoyed our stay very much and love to come back some time when the villa is available!

Hi Sandy! Just a quick e-mail to say thankyou for the use of your beautiful villa while we were on holiday. We all had a fantastic time in Orlando and our holiday was made even better by staying in such a fantastic home! When we walked through the front door we all said "WOW"! One of my sons even said "Mum,we must be rich to be able to stay in a house like this"! Your villa was perfect,even down to the last little details,such as the great hairdryers! The kids had a superb time using the pool and I even got to relax in the spa! Martin and Lyndsie were also extremely helpful as we had to phone them about a couple of very small things. The villa is in a great spot too and it was really nice not having anyone overlooking us. There was only one problem-we had to come home! The kids were all really upset at having to leave Orlando and wished they could stay forever! I wish we could have too,but never mind,we are back home in cold rainy Scotland and feeling very depressed! Hopefully it won't be too long before we can plan our next trip to Orlando and we hope your villa will be available when we do! Anyway,must go for now as feeling a bit jetlagged still. We stayed in the beautiful home for our vacation at Disney World. It felt like staying in our own home only much nicer! My children are 2 and 4. There was so much space for the kids to enjoy themselves. My oldest especially enjoyed the game area. We all enjoyed the pool. I felt very safe with the pool fence. Disney was literally at our doorstep, so we came back several times when the kids needed a break or if we got stormed out. Our kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave! I recommend this house for any family looking for a luxurious getaway with all the comforts of home.
