Enjoy the sea air, and be only steps away from beautiful Long Island Sound. Our Park Street home sits on a quiet one-way street only steps (about 300 yards to pedestian gate)from famous Ocean Beach Park, with a board walk, huge soft sand beach, fitness center, miniature golf, arcade, classic car shows, kiddy rides, ice cream, and so much more. No wonder this has been a destination spot for decades!
There are many superb restaurants in the area, and we are only minutes to the casinos, Mystic and many other great attractions.
If you choose to just stay close to home, then you will be treated to all of your homes comforts. This home has hardwood floors, a master bedroom with bath, two other bedrooms share a bath, all on the main floor. From your kitchen, step out onto the deck, enjoy barbeque and filtered water views ...
The lower level has a getaway bedroom, laundry room with a half bath, and bonus room with TV. Just outside the walkout door is a shower, so you can wash the sand after the beach! The front yard is nice as it sits higher than street level and is safe for children.
The recently landscaped yard was designed for casual enjoyment. There are seating areas in the front surrounded by trees and flowers. The back yard is completey fenced and private with a firepit area surrounded by beach sand!

Very close to famous "Ocean Beach Park ". Great neighborhood, friendly people, and of course the ocean!
The Unique Benefits at this House
So close to the ocean you can smell it! Ocean Beach Park is just steps away, close to the Lighthouse Inn and the house has all the benefits of home. An outside shower to clean off the sand and a barbeque deck with a fenced in back yard and great landscaping.

We purchased the property to use and enjoy, we look forward to sharing this cozy beach home during the times we are not there. I live in Idaho and unfortunately can only visit for a couple of weeks during the summer months. We hope to someday retire back to New London!
