Sonny Mann here. Seachase resort. Best Beach Getaways has another great value Seachase resort condo in Panama City Beach. With Seachase, it’s ALL about the views. Check the pictures and see what I mean. Do you see this beach? Imagine a week full of those views. That’s the great thing about this place. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. 60 feet of them. A whole wall of windows looking out on the beach. I gotta tell you. I think this is the resort rental is one of the best deals in Panama City Beach. These 2 bedrooms are the largest on the beach. I’d call this the oversize condo with an oversize views, but that’s just the beginning. Let me tell you about the amenities:
• It’s got a swimming pool and sundeck overlooking the gulf
• You get free HBO
• There’s beach services during the summer
• You get access to jet ski rentals, as well as parasailing and sail boat rides
But that’s only the beginning. This place is really close to Pier Park that’s really something else. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach). It’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillards, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them.
Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man is this place big! It isn’t just big, it’s bea-u-ti-ful. You’ll think you’re in South Beach with the way this condo is decked out. Back to big for a minute. The condo’s 1400 square feet. That’s as big as most of the 3 bedrooms in PCB. Which means you’ll be paying less for the same square footage. And you won’t be crawling over each other to move in a room. But that’s only the beginning. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors give you the best views! No matter where you turn you see beach ‘cause this condo has floor to ceiling glass walls in the living area and all bedrooms so that the views of the beach and the gulf are EVERYWHERE!
The décor in this condo looks like The Donald’s decorator lives here. It’s a great tropical color scheme. Warm woods, deep rich colors on the wall. One cool feature is that this is what’s called a roommate plan which means the other bedroom’s on the other side of the condo. That makes it good for 2 couples or a small family. Everybody gets a little privacy.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
The MASTER BEDROOM got a huge king size bed with a wicker treatment that I’ve never seen before. And the bed’s really comfortable. It looks comfortable anyway (I didn’t lay down on it) It’s a private bath. I’d call the décor kind of West Indies. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. And a DVD player.
The SECOND MASTER has a KING, too. Get that! It’s kind of hard which one is the master so I call them both a master, because they’re both pretty much the same. It’s decorated in a Caribbean wood look. Nice size TV, all the channels. Internet access, too. The bath for this is big, with nice tile and cultured marble counters. Just like the bath in the other master.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable with six chairs so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms sleep 4 very comfortably in two huge bedrooms with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Seachase. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
