Located at one of the best spots on Pensacola Beach this unit is in Villa Sabine Townhouses on Ft. Pickens Road on the desirable west end of the beach. This 3 bedroom/3 bath waterfront unit is located on Little Sabine Bay where you can keep a small boat or catamaran in back of the unit. It is a short walk across the street to public access to the Gulf. You have beautiful views of Sabine Bay, Pensacola Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies on the second and third floor. You are within walking distance to the main business locations on the beach with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. A bicycle path runs along Ft. Pickens Road from the business areas to the entrance to Fort Pickens.
This is a new unit with new furnishings completed in 2008. The kitchen has granite countertops, a double door refrigerator with icemaker, above the stove microwave, dishwasher, and all the modern conveniences. There are sliding glass doors to a large balcony off the living area for relaxing and enjoying the breezes off the water. For your entertainment at night or when you are not out enjoying the beautiful white sand beaches and blue-green waters, there is a 40" wide screen LCD TV and an entertainment center for watching the latest high definition movies.
There are two bedrooms with baths on the third level. The large master bedroom has sliding glass doors to a balcony with table and chairs. This bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and has a master bath. A nice sized second bedroom with a queen bed also has a separate bath and sliding glass doors to a small balcony with a view of the Gulf. On the second level there is a very small third bedroom that has a bath with a shower. The room is equipped with a sofa sleeper and has a desk and TV. It could be used as a second living/sitting area or a bedroom for children. There is a queen sofa bed in the living area on the second floor. The first floor is a garage with a garage door at each end. Besides parking for 2 cars, there is storage space for all the beach toys and equipment, surfboards, kayaks, etc. It is also a great place to BBQ and entertain. Just open the rear garage door and you have a covered patio with a waterfront view and a large space for entertaining.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is a nice feature for those staying more than a few days. Take time to explore the surrounding area and visit the Naval Air Museum, tube or canoe down Coldwater Creek near Blackwater State Park or visit Florida Caverns near Mariana.
