This unit is located less than 1/2 mile from Jimmy Buffet's new Magaritaville Hotel on one of the best sites on Pensacola Beach. The unit is in Villa Sabine Townhouses on Ft. Pickens Road on the desirable west end of the beach. This unit is a 2 bedroom/3 bath waterfront unit with a extra room that could be used as a small 3rd bedroom. It is located on Little Sabine Bay where you can keep a small boat or kayak in back of the unit and is a short walk across the street to public access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are beautiful views of Sabine Bay and Pensacola Sound from the balconies on the second and third floor. You are within walking distance to the main business locations on the beach with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. A bicycle path runs along Ft. Pickens Road from the business areas to the entrance to Fort Pickens.
This unit was constructed in 2008. The kitchen has granite countertops, a double door refrigerator with icemaker, above the stove microwave, dishwasher, and is fully equipped. There are sliding glass doors to a balcony with table and chairs off the living area for relaxing and enjoying the breezes off the water. For your entertainment there is a 40' wide screen LCD TV and an entertainment center for watching the latest high definition movies or a wide assortment of free Netflix movies.
There are two bedrooms with baths on the third level. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to a balcony with table and chairs. This bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and has a master bath. A nice sized second bedroom with a queen bed also has a separate bath and sliding glass doors to a small balcony with a view of the Gulf. On the second level there is a room that could serve as a small 3rd bedroom and has a bath with a shower. The room is equipped with a sofa sleeper and has a desk and TV. It could be used as a second living/sitting area or a bedroom for children. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area on the second floor. The first floor is a garage with a garage door at each end. Besides parking for 2 cars, there is storage space for all the beach toys and equipment, surfboards, kayaks, etc. It is also a great place to BBQ and entertain. Just open the rear garage door and you have a covered patio with a waterfront view and a large space for entertaining.
There is a small stackable washer and dryer in the unit which is a nice feature for those staying more than a few days. Take time to explore the surrounding area and visit the Naval Air Museum, tube or canoe down Coldwater Creek near Blackwater State Park or visit Florida Caverns near Mariana.

The townhouse was in a great location! Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Spacious and stocked with what we needed. Accurately described. Owner was available and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend this townhouse.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Awesome, Awesome, wonderful place to stay, the condo was beautiful, The pictures are very accurate, the place is fresh and clean. The condo was lovely, decrorated very tastefully; it just felt like home as soon as we opened the door. The living room was nicely decorated and they provide netflicks and wifi. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked a couple big meals, I recommend visting Joe Pattie's for all your seafood needs, awesome selection easy to find. It is just a short walk to the beach and it is lovely! But our family fell in love with the Fort Pickens area and we spent most of our time on the beachs there (they are breath taking ) If you want to be were there are life gaurds there are several places to go to the beach and not be over crowed. Fort Pickens is an absolute must !!! We also saw the Blue Angels practice so cool ! It comes with a kakake, we used it in Sabrina Bay we really enjoyed it, the water is very calm in the bay. The views on the bay at sunrise and sunset are something special. The garage opens at both ends we picniced in it on a rain day. This condo is really set up to vacation, The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds comfy an afternoon nap looking at the bay was so peaceful. You can not go wrong here!! Other tips the restraunt everyone will reccomend it's over rated ! But Crabs was awesome we vistied several times during our stay live music great drinks and lobster crab mac n cheese!!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
