This beautifully furnished, Non-Smoking, four bedroom, three bath home has 2050 square feet and is just two blocks (three minute walk) to the Beach of the Atlantic Ocean! The master bedroom has a pillow-top king-size bed and French doors leading out to the heated pool and relaxing jacuzzi.
The second bedroom has two single beds placed together, the third has a queen-size bed, and the fourth has a daybed. The living room is furnished with a leather couch and love seat, flat screen television with cable and there is an alcove off to the side which has an office area and a seating area with two chairs. In addition, there is a Florida room which is like another living area. It has a sectional sofa, two chairs, a television with VCR and a dining set for four. It serves as a great play area for the kids. We are children-friendly and happy to provide crib, high chair, and playpen. Another great feature is that the home is a one-story, split, bedroom plan which means you have two bedrooms and two baths on one side of the house and two bedrooms and one bath with its own entrance on the other side. Perfect when traveling with the kids and the nanny, or a large family.
All of the comforts of home are provided: dishes (serving for 12), utensils, linens, eight cup coffee maker, blender, baking pans, cappacino maker, towels, beach chairs, cordless telephone with answering machine, barbecue grill, and much more. The backyard is completely fenced in for peace of mind with the kids or your pet. There is also a dock about 50 feet from the back of the home which is a great for fishing or watching the boats.
Some of the extras include spa robes, spa soaps, Pur water filter in kitchen, and a high efficiency antimicrobial AC filter to ensure clean fresh air. For an additional charge maid service can be provided and groceries can be ordered prior to arrival.

Booking a vacation rental online and from a private owner is something that we were somewhat hesitant about. However, this home is everything it promises to be! Even with nine people (six of them teens), we never felt crowded. It is very spacious and clean. The beds were fabulous and all the furniture is very nice and comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our much too short stay here!

Dear Lisa and Ken, Just wanted to say that we had an amazing time at Pompano Beach house back in May. We were there for almost a month and at the end, we didn't want to leave. The house had everything that we could hope for and more. It's really great that the backyard is so private. The kids loved the pool and it was wonderful being able to just walk down to the beach. We had an absolutly wonderful time in this home. There was 10 of us ranging in age from 70's to 7 and everyone had their own space. My son got married on the beach and with the three bathrooms everyone could get ready at a reasonable time. Our whole family vacation was more enjoyable because of this house.

Alas we have to leave much too soon! This has been an oasis of peace; beautifully secluded while charming, with lots of attention to details, making us feel comfortable and most welcome. We loved being able to walk to the beach and very much enjoyed the delightful garden where we spent much time talking, playing chess, and gazing at the evening sky. Thank You Lisa for your flexibility in accomadating us at such short notice.

Great low-key & easy place - super practical location-wise. Close to airport, close to fancy places like Palm Beach...yet you can spend a very lazy day with kids at home and end the day on the beach 3-toddler-walking minutes away!! The house is split beautiful for sharing families - we were 2 families: one of 2 adults + 1kids; the other 2 adults + 3kids The above ground pool w/removable ladder, for us was a MAJOR plus having little kids running around!! Lisa was attentive to our needs!
