We had an absolutly wonderful time in this home. There was 10 of us ranging in age from 70's to 7 and everyone had their own space. My son got married on the beach and with the three bathrooms everyone could get ready at a reasonable time. Our whole family vacation was more enjoyable because of this house.

Dear Lisa and Ken, Just wanted to say that we had an amazing time at Pompano Beach house back in May. We were there for almost a month and at the end, we didn't want to leave. The house had everything that we could hope for and more. It's really great that the backyard is so private. The kids loved the pool and it was wonderful being able to just walk down to the beach. Alas we have to leave much too soon! This has been an oasis of peace; beautifully secluded while charming, with lots of attention to details, making us feel comfortable and most welcome. We loved being able to walk to the beach and very much enjoyed the delightful garden where we spent much time talking, playing chess, and gazing at the evening sky. Great low-key & easy place - super practical location-wise. Close to airport, close to fancy places like Palm Beach...yet you can spend a very lazy day with kids at home and end the day on the beach 3-toddler-walking minutes away!! The house is split beautiful for sharing families - we were 2 families: one of 2 adults + 1kids; the other 2 adults + 3kids The above ground pool w/removable ladder, for us was a MAJOR plus having little kids running around!! Lisa was attentive to our needs!

We had a great time and the house was very comfotable. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. The kids loved the pool and fountain at night-just beautiful. The week went too fast! Booking a vacation rental online and from a private owner is something that we were somewhat hesitant about. However, this home is everything it promises to be! Even with nine people (six of them teens), we never felt crowded. It is very spacious and clean. The beds were fabulous and all the furniture is very nice and comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our much too short stay here!

Coconut Palms was the most perfect location for my 2 children and their families to spend Thanksgiving. There were 4 small children that loved the back yard as much as the adults.

The Shaw Family celebrated Christmas, 2 birthdays, and a great reunion of our family - Mn, NY, Atlanta, California and Ohio was represented. Having a wonderful house in a great location goes a long way when traveling with 21 month old twins. Add on to that very accommodating and helpful owners and you get spoiled and do not want to leave. That was our experience staying at this property. The layout of the house allows for plenty of privacy when desired. The outdoor spaces are beautifully appointed and maintained. We had a wonderful wedding here on Aug. 23rd, 2003. It was beautiful! All of our guests enjoyed the event, including the ceremony on the yacht that picked us up on the waterway behind the house. We spent 2 wonderful weeks here including walking across to the beach on a regular basis and saw alot of south Florida with our day trips. Thank you Ken & Lisa for allowing us to use this beautiful house and thanks to Ken for coming over and helping us with the yard on the day of our wedding.

My family and I travel quite a bit, but this was absolutely one of the best vacations we've ever had!!! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub and we had a great time grilling on the patio. There was enough space to be together as a family without tripping over one another and driving each other crazy! Three generations of our family enjoyed a week in March in this lovely home. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard, the nice barbeque grill and the well-equipped kitchen. The owners also were very generous in supplying toys and equipment for our 15 month old grandchild. We would definitely like to come again.

What a grand place to vacation! Our entire family spent a week in March in the lovely Pompano Beach house and we can't wait to nail down another time to book Lisa and Ken's place again. The house itself truly is spacious, airy, light, and convenient. One certainly doesn't have to stumble over other guests! This was our third attempt at renting by owners. The first two were less than thrilling so we spent a few anxious moments until we saw the house! Excellent! Not only were the "digs" perfect, but we couldn't have asked for more personable and helpful people! Thank you, Lisa, Ken, and Kenny, who was also extremely helpful!
