Undeniably lovely! Every detail of this Beach Club Villa was thoughtfully orchestrated into a work of art. The kitchen displays the handi-work of a true craftsman and custom millwork is evident throughout. The villa was professionally decorated throughout. Low Country artists’ works are displayed on the walls and all beds were specially made by a local blacksmith. Bedding, bathroom shower curtains and upholstery were custom designed and coordinated for maximum appeal as one would see in the finest of homes. The furnishings, wood floors, the wainscoting, the classic carpeting—you are going to love it. This is a rare opportunity to find such a fine property to rent.
The kitchen countertops are granite and complemented by a tile backsplash. The bar countertop is granite with an accompanying wine refrigerator and lighted display case for wine and cocktail glasses. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line cookware and lovely serving pieces to make cooking and entertaining fun. There is a great screened porch with rocking chairs to relax in while watching the tide come in and a dining table for 6 to enjoy meals al fresco while the moon rises over the water.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and looks out to the ocean. Enjoy morning coffee from your private deck as the sun rises. The first guest room offers two double beds; the second guest room offers a queen size bed. All three bedrooms have their own baths for maximum privacy.
For entertainment, this home provides a large screen TV in the living area plus televisions in each bedroom and the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms also have VCR’s and the living area provides both a VCR and DVD player and a stereo for music enjoyment. The owner has provided a library of family friendly videos for guests’ use and also a selection of books to read. Wireless internet access is provided as well. And, for those who just have to do a little work while on vacation, the master bedroom has a built-in desk with phone and fax machine and beautiful views of the water while you toil.
This unit is truly an ocean front villa—the only sounds you will hear are the waves crashing on the shore and the only thing you will see is the ocean and the beach yet the pool is only 60 feet away to the right.
This villa is located within the exclusive and gated community of Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms, SC, 30 minutes from the center of historic Charleston. Wild Dunes offers 36 holes of golf designed by Tom Fazio with a number of holes fronting the ocean or the intercoastal waterway. It also has several restaurants and lounges to choose from, a large tennis center, children’s programs, a spa and fitness center and easy access to the Isle of Palms marina for charter fishing, boat rentals, jet ski’s or island tours. Guests in this villa will have access to the resort amenities with the provided Sports Card. There may be a fee charged by the resort for certain activities.

This condo was beautiful and so well equipped but the location made it extra special...close to tennis and golf but view from screened porch (full moon while there) was exceptional.
