WITH PRIVATE 3 BEDROOM-SUITES WITH BALCONIES OVER THE BEACH, our luxury condo accommodates 5 to 8 in comfort. We feature 3,678 square feet of living area, including a wrap-around balcony. Unlike most in this modern complex, this condo has ALL ROOMS WITH BEACH AND OCEAN VIEWS AND BALCONIES. All three of our private bedrooms have 180 degree ocean views. LATEST ELECTRONICS PLUS FREE WI-FI SERVICE: In the living area, a large screen, high-definition television with surround sound broadcasts using US cable. XM commercial-free satellite radio from the US is provided with a stereo system that includes iPod or MP3 player outlets. All rooms feature “Wi-Fi” wireless Internet connection service. In the master bedroom, a high definition TV with surround sound and US cable service. Another stereo system has speakers in the bedroom and master bathroom, which features a Jaccuzi tub that overlooks the ocean.
LAUNDRY ROOM AND SAFE: Clothes washer and clothes dryer are in an interior utility room. A safe is provided to protect two laptop computers and personal items.
PRIVATE GARAGE SPACE: Within 15 feet of the doors to our semi-private elevator, which opens by our front door, we provide private parking.
PRIVATE BODEGA: Here, for your use, we store beach chairs, mats, floaters or the pool, and boogie boards.
SERVING YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS.............
This fully-furnished, luxury condo includes beds, linens, towels, kitchenware, and dining sets for up to eight guests. Maid service is provided three days a week. A Concierge offers recommendations and makes tour and restaurant reservations. Arrangements for an in-house Guest Chef are available.
A well-stocked grocery store with a good meat and produce sections is two blocks from our corner. A convenience store is across our street.
ATTRACTIVE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENTALS................
Comparison with Hotels: All rates are substantially less than the cost of two to three rooms at hotels that do not have the same benefits of location, layout, space, and amenities.
Credit Cards: Accepted with rates in US dollars
Weekly Periods: Normally, weekly rentals extend from Saturday at 4pm to Saturday. Often, when a reservation is made, nights can be added. Good efforts are made to relate to all requests.
Discounts: Regular rates apply for groups of 7 or 8, who can be accommodated with privacy in three bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. For 6 or fewer guests, discounts are provided. Discounts also are available for periods of four weeks or more.

For more than twenty years, my wife and I have had a vacation place in Puerto Vallarta. Not long ago, we saw an opportunity of a lifetime at Residencias Molino de Agua -- a new, premier facility in the heart of town. As the first to purchase on a pre-construction basis, we had our choice. We selected the full fourth floor directly on the beach. We believe we have found the best spot and place in town. As our rental guest, we hope you will discover the same.
We visit Puerto Vallarta at least four times a year. We enjoy ourselves immensely, and, always, consider ways we can help our rental guests experience many of the same pleasures. We have a private property manager who employs a Concierge who can help you as desired. We work closely with all, and, always, are pleased to get email messages and phone calls if you have questions or need assistance.
Our objectives are to help you have the best tropical vacation possible…and for you to want to return to our place as often as your schedule will permit.

Water-front retreat downtown Puerto Vallarta!

What a grand place! Stunning! On the water, in front, there was no sense of anything behind us. It was like being in a private retreat. The three-bedroom privacy, balconies over the ocean, incredible views from every room, and center-of town location made the difference for us. The spaciousness, and the elegance of your rooms, was appreciated too. Seeing the entire bay and hillside houses all in one sweep was more than we anticipated. Being right on the ocean and in town gave us unforgettable, sensual experiences. Never have we enjoyed Puerto Vallarta so much! After wonderful walks on the beach and time in warm ocean waters, we spent a couple hours each day relaxing in the wonderfully warm, romantic, infinity pool. Pool service was great. Every night, we enjoyed magnificent sunsets with snacks or dinner and tropical drinks at your place. Your kitchen equipment and assortment of appliances came in handy. Our boat trips and tropical jungle tours were so much fun. Thanks to your staff for their recommendations and help. We were so impressed with smiling, friendly, local people. We loved seeing all the families walking on the malecon late in the evening – families seem to really want to be together here! Great restaurants – high quality food at reasonable prices. The US dollar has held up well against the peso. This was one of our best vacations ever. We will return.

We’ve been coming to Mexico for over 30 years, including half a dozen visits to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, always loving the culture, the language, the food, the people, and the natural beauty. We are never disappointed and your condo at Molino de Agua is the most spectacular place we’ve ever stayed. Our week there was over the top! We appreciated the glorious views, cool breezes, wonderful kitchen, beautiful pool, comfy furniture, fans, openness, room-darkening window treatments, your maid Carmen, your manager Drucilla… Our family of eight (grandparents, kids, spouses, and grandchildren) have precious memories of our weeklong “life together in your condo.” We enjoyed body surfing, swimming, walking the malecon, dancing, and trying many restaurants. You have found and created the perfect place for savoring the best of this beautiful city. Thanks again for sharing. Dear Skip, My husband and I came here with two other couples. We loved the spaciousness of your home and the privacy that each couple experienced with their own bedroom entrances off the balcony over the water. Very elegant!!! We felt like we were in a private retreat…no sense of a complex. The views from every room were spectacular! Sunsets every night were wonderful. Seeing the entire bay from each room and the hillside houses all in one sweep was far more than we anticipated. Being actually on the ocean afforded us a unique experience of Puerto Vallarta. Each day we began with wonderful walks on the beach. We enjoyed the sun and the warm ocean water every day. Every evening we spent some time in the wonderfully heated, romantic pool – a great way to relax at the end of an active day. We were so impressed with smiling, friendly, local people. Dear Skip, From our first breathtaking view to the fond farewell to your wonderful staff, our stay in your home exceeded our expectations! Your place is stunningly beautiful with wide ocean vistas and a generous balcony that allows views over the mountain and town and stunning sunsets over the ocean. Your location in the romantic zone and just above the malecon made it ideal for our party…in that everything was within walking distance. Groceries were an easy walking trip and the shopping throughout Puerto Vallarta is excellent. There are so many terrific restaurants nearby, that we never ate at the same place twice. Your staff was knowledgeable and very friendly, always willing to help with reservations or ideas for fun places to see. We were a varied group with two disabled members and the accessibility was great. Our elderly mother loved whale watching from the balcony and wandering the even-surfaced malecon to explore Mexico at her own pace. We loved the pool for our daily physical therapy and a cool-down after a warm day of shopping or sight-seeing. We look forward to returning over and over again. Skip: We just returned from spending a wonderful week with our friends and their daughters at your Puerto Vallarta residence. It was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and it was truly wonderful. Your home is spectacular. From my perspective, your place is ideally located with a truly STUNNING view. It is elevated enough to get an unbelievable perspective of the sunsets, the beach, the malecon, the river, the island, and views of the entire bay, but low enough to be fully entertained by the folks on the malecon, the beach activities, and the pool. The condo location in town was perfect. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Jason was very helpful. The only negative was the design of the pool ( not very user friendly ) and the water in the pool was very cold. The grounds are very beautiful and the hammocks were very relaxing. I would definitely recommend the condo.
