BEACHFRONT LUXURY IN PUERTO VALLARTA: We offer a luxury condo that occupies the ENTIRE FOURTH FLOOR ON THE BEACH (TOWER ONE) at the prestigious Residencias Molino de Agua. This is a new, modern, drive-in, gated complex on a beautifully landscaped, tropical beach area in the heart of town, a short walk from Old Town Square. For design, setting, and location, NOTHING IS EQUIVALENT IN PUERTO VALLARTA.
THREE-BEDROOM, BEACHFRONT LUXURY CONDO (Sleeps 5 to 8 with Privacy and Comfort): Our luxury condo features 3,678 square feet of living area, including a wrap-around, beach-front balcony. ALL OF OUR ROOMS HAVE BEACH AND OCEAN VIEWS. Three private bedrooms with full, private bathrooms have 180 degree ocean views. Our ultra-spacious, living area has 260 degree, panoramic views of beach, ocean, river, town, and mountains. This is one of few rentals ON THE BEACH IN THE FRONT OF TOWER ONE. Except for natural surroundings and a majestic pool, ALL ELSE IS BEHIND.

FREE INTERNATIONAL PHONE SERVICE: Unlimited, free phone calls to the United States and Canada give you potential savings of hundreds of dollars.
OPTIMUM AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: All rooms are served by a large (8 ton), quiet, modern, private, built-in, fan and coil air conditioning system with dehumidification capabilities. Separate temperature controls are in each room.
WELL-EQUIPPED, MODERN KITCHEN: Our amenities include new convection oven, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter system, coffee brewer, and tropical fruit blender. Purified drinking water flows from all luxury condo taps.
LATEST ELECTRONICS PLUS WI-FI: In the living area, a large screen, high-definition television with surround sound broadcasts using US cable. XM commercial-free satellite radio from the US is provided with a stereo system that includes iPod or MP3 player outlets. All rooms feature “Wi-Fi” wireless Internet connection service. In the master bedroom, a high definition TV with surround sound and US cable service. Another stereo system has speakers in the bedroom and master bathroom, which features a Jaccuzi tub that overlooks the ocean.
LAUNDRY ROOM AND SAFE: Clothes washer and clothes dryer are in an interior utility room. A safe is provided to protect two laptop computers and personal items.
PRIVATE GARAGE SPACE: Within 15 feet of the doors to our semi-private elevator, which opens by our front door, we provide private parking.
SERVING YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS.............
This fully-furnished, luxury condo includes beds, linens, towels, kitchenware, and dining sets for up to eight guests. Maid service is provided three days a week. A Concierge offers recommendations and makes tour and restaurant reservations. Arrangements can be made for a Guest Chef.
A well-stocked grocery store with a good meat and produce sections is two blocks from our corner. A convenience store is across our street.
ATTRACTIVE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENTALS................
Comparison with Hotels: All rates are substantially less than the cost of two to three rooms at hotels that do not have the same benefits of location, layout, space, and amenities.
Credit Cards: Accepted with rates in US dollars
Weekly Periods: Normally, weekly rentals extend from Saturday at 4pm to Saturday. Often, when a reservation is made, nights can be added. Good efforts are made to relate to all requests.
Discounts: Regular rates apply for groups of 7 or 8, who can be accommodated with privacy in three bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. For 6 or fewer guests, discounts are provided. Discounts also are available for periods of four weeks or more.

For more than twenty years, my wife and I have had a vacation place in Puerto Vallarta. Not long ago, we saw an opportunity of a lifetime at Residencias Molino de Agua -- a new, premier facility in the heart of town. As the first to purchase on a pre-construction basis, we had our choice. We selected the full fourth floor directly on the beach. We believe we have found the best spot and place in town. As our rental guest, we hope you will discover the same.
We visit Puerto Vallarta at least four times a year. We enjoy ourselves immensely, and, always, consider ways we can help our rental guests experience many of the same pleasures. We have a private property manager who employs a Concierge who can help you as desired. We work closely with all, and, always, are pleased to get email messages and phone calls if you have questions or need assistance.
Our objectives are to help you have the best tropical vacation possible…and for you to want to return to our place as often as your schedule will permit.
