Surrounded by gorgeous gardens and located in the quiet historic district, this gem is just 2 blocks from the heart of downtown Ashland. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, fine and casual dining, shopping, and beautiful Lithia Park are a short walk away.

Beds	King Bed Queen Bed Convertible Bed: This is a very comfortable, brand new Queen sleeper-sofa.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: There is a television with cable and DVD in each bedroom. DVD VCR Stereo System
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: This is a large, sunny and fully equipped kitchen with full size quality appliances. The table seats 6 or 8 with the leaves pulled out. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator: Full size with freezer. Microwave
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill Deck/Patio: Patio next to the garden with outdoor table and chairs. Lanai: The large, covered front porch has cushioned wicker furniture and a ceiling fan to bring in the summer breeze.
View/Location	Mountain View: The Cascade range to the northeast and the Siskiyou range with snow-peaked Mt Ashland are viewed from many windows of the house.

Suitability	Pet Friendly: We welcome your crate and leash trained dog. No cats please. There are many walks in town and in the nearby woods to walk your dog. Ashland has a dog park less than a half mile from the property. Kid Friendly: We welcome your children. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Age 25 and up. Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking in the house.
