Whether for business or pleasure this beautiful new bayside condominium is just the place for your stay in Daphne. It is conveniently located right off Highway 98. On the property of this gated community is a lake, a swimming pool, a picnic area with barbecue grills, two piers, and a boat ramp.
You will find all new furnishings and decorations in our two bedroom, two bath home. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, and double sinks. In the guest room there is a queen bed with sleeping for two along with a full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar with seating for two and table/chairs with seating for four.
The beautiful deck provides a secluded woodland view. Note that while the property is directly located on Mobile Bay there is NOT a bay view from this unit. It is only a short walk through the landscaped grounds to either of the two piers on the property.
TV with cable service is provided as well as a TiVo video recorder so you will not miss your favorite shows while staying. Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access is also provided with a DSL connection. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All linens are provided.
When you come home after a long day park your car in the large private garage and take the public elevator or stairs and then relax in comfort.
