Dear Casa Descalza, Thank you for sharing this wonderfully peaceful house. We will miss the roar of the waves hypnotizing us to sleep at night and the wonderful staff that was so attentive to our needs and made our visit uncomparable to any vacation we have done as a family. Casa Descalza may mean barefoot house but it is so finely furnished you feel you are at one of the most exquisite vacation homes. It is absolutely perfect and we hope that someday we can visit again. Casa Descalza: The most beautiful place I have ever been. Great, tasty meals, very kind people, amazing service…etc. I think Casa Descalza is truly PARADISE! I would love to come back next year and recommend Descalza for anyone who loves PARADISE. Casa Descalza is a great house with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunsets. What a place! Hello Georgina, My husband Ben and I stayed at Casa Descalza with a group of friends during the last week of September 2009. I would like to tell you that we had a fantastic time. The staff was ever so attentive and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. I was hoping to get a recipe from you. During our stay the chef prepared an amazing tortilla soup every night. Its was the best tortilla soup I have ever tasted! I was hoping to get the recipe and may I recommend you put together a cookbook of all Casa Descalza's recipes. They were beyond scrumptious. I know My friends and I would definitely purchase one. Thanks in advance for the recipe. I can't get it out of my mind. I look forward to staying at Casa Descalza in the near future! Hi Clement, Wow! What an amazing trip! From our warm reception at the house to the delicious meals and incredible service we could not have asked for a better vacation. Angel and David were so attentive and we never wanted for anything. And not only did Georgina set up the volleyball net for our arrival, but she also went out of her way to find special vegetarian meat substitutes for us. And despite being more isolated than other villas we've stayed at in Mexico, it wasn't an issue at all given the location on the beach and the wonderful and available staff. Overall it was really a perfect getaway, and our friends are already saying that they want to go back to Casa Descalza next year! So thanks again for all your help. When you first told us about Descalza I did not realize the piece of Paradise that you have in Puerto Escondido. It was the perfect setting for a special celebration. Hi Clement – Just got back from paradise. Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. The entire week was sublime – from beginning to end. The staff was incredible – we fell in love with all of them. And wow – Eni can cook! All our meals were fresh, delicious, and exactly how we hoped they would be. The weather was perfect, the house completely comfortable. We saw whales on two days, my husband went swimming with the dolphins one morning, and my son and I got to see a big turtle laying her eggs! The pool was perfect for kids, and the whole facility was just incredible. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. Thanks again for an absolutely perfect week in paradise.
