The Sudana Villa is a very private retreat located just five minutes drive to the high-rise hotel area and beaches. Our two-story home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extremely private pool and covered terrace. The master-suite is the whole 2nd floor and features a new king-size bed, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with a shower. The bedroom opens up to the balcony where you will enjoy the views of various island landmarks and sites and the famous Aruba sunset over the western Caribbean.
The downstairs level features 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer at your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen, dining-room and living-room feature an open floor plan and open up to the covered patio. This villa has its own pool, is fully air-conditioned, and has several tropical plantings. With a seven foot wall around the total premises, this home offers total privacy in the pool and covered terrace areas. It is located in the northern end of Aruba and so is just minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants, shops and casinos on the island. Sleeps up to six comfortably. A separate efficiency apartment that sleeps two additional people may be available seperately.
This house is a perfect accomodation for a couple or small group or family that appreciate the convenience of a house that is conveniently located, well kept, and private in the exterior areas.

Some of our favorite things to do include taking chairs and a cooler and spending a day at Manchebo Beach, eating out at one of the dozens of top quality restaurants located within 5 to 10 minutes from the villa, listening to the live music at the Bugalu on the pier at Palm Beach and watching the sunset over drinks on the balcony.

My wife and I split our time between Chicago and Aruba. We selected Aruba for our winter home because the weather is reliably perfect, the people are genuinely friendly, and it is enough like the US to be comfortable but different enough that we know we are in another country.

Since having previously visited most of the Caribbean islands, we decided to make our first visit to Aruba. I should have done this years ago! Dan and his wife (the Villa owners) have a spectacular home! Meticulously well kept, clean and clearly NOT a "spring break" type of location. Derrel (he will be greeting you at the house) is fantastic, and even went beyond the call-of-duty to help us out of a large jam when he didn't have to! The villa has everything you could want and provides the most comfort you could ask for. The villa is centrally located close to just about everything you want (beaches, casinos, restaurants, etc) but also provides privacy and seclusion (especially if that's something you really value!!) - and still is competitively priced! I thoroughly recommend that anyone visiting Aruba, be it your 1st or 5th time, contact Dan and arrange your stay at the Villa - I assure you, you will NOT be sorry you did so. After you 2nd day staying at the Villa in Aruba, you'll know why it's called "1 Happy Island."
