Stunning interior and exterior views. The views from this place are incredible. You can sit out on one of 2 decks that are huge and watch light twinkle and enjoy one incredible view. The house is built with structural steel beams and all decks are part of that structure. Home has all stained concrete floors. Furnished with all new furniture. All top line appliances. Beds all have Top of line Simmons mattresses. Feather Pillows. Pictures can't really tell the story. You can walk to English Village. Restaurants, small shops and places to hang out. Zoo is just down street. Mountain Brook is just around corner. 15 minutes from Airport. 15 minutes from Summit Mall.Business downtown is easily accessed and you are only 5 minutes from any place. We are right in the middle of the UAB hospital area. In summary we are close to everything. 5 minutes from Mt Brook Village. Great area for runners. Houses will take your breath away. Redmontis a historic area with huge homes. Nice sidewalks. We have 3 floors of living with a bottom garage area. The top floor is an executive suite with huge master suite. Opens to its own balcony. There is an office on this floor that also opens to the balcony on that floor. There are two balconies. On the middle floor is the main living area with a great room overlooking the city. Has a fire place. 4 sliding glass doors open to the balcony from all rooms. Kitchen is fabulous. Has view. The Dining area has great view. There is a guest bedroom and bath on this floor as well. Also the washer and dryer. The bottom level has a home theater and game area. There is a wet bar and refrigerator down here as well. There are two matching bedrooms that both have incredible view of city . Bathroom with toilet and shower shower separate from the sink area. The Lowest level is the garage level with room for 2 cars. We would entertain longer and shorter stays at the house with the right clients.
