Absolutely wonderful home to experience. Everything is right around corner.Works great for out of town executives, wedding groups, Robert Trent Jones Golf groups, and events.
Stunning interior and exterior views. You can sit out on one of 2 huge decks and watch the sun set every afternoon. At night experience the twinkle of the city lights. This home is built with structural steel beams and all decks are part of that structure. Home has all stained concrete floors. Furnished with all new furniture. All top line appliances. Beds all have new comfortable top of line Simmons mattresses. Feather Pillows.
REDMONT: Has fabulous mansions and wonderful area to walk in and run. Historic mansions all around this modern structure.
ENGLISH VILLAGE: walk here to find resturants bars and shops. ATM gym and hair dressers.Great area to run in. Lots of huge mansions over looking city and quaint parks.
HIGHLAND AVE: 2 blocks down hill.. easy walk down may take a cab back. Check out HighLand Bar and Grill, Botegas, and some night life in 5 Points South.
MOUNTAIN BROOK VILLAGE: is just a couple minutes away.Zoo is just down street.
SUMMIT MALL & BROOKWOOD MALL- Plenty of small shops and places to hang out. O
AIRPORT 15 minutes from Airport.
UAB 5 minutes.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
We have 4 floors. 3 floors of living with a bottom garage and storage area. The top floor is an executive suite with huge master suite over looking the city of Birmingham. Master bath with jet spa bathtub and stand alone shower. The Master Bedroom suite opens to its own big balcony with view of city. Plus a smaller on as well. There is an sleeping porch/office with view of city on this floor. The sleeping porch office that also opens to the balcony shared with master bedroom.
On the middle floor is the main living area with a great room overlooking the city. Has a gas fire place. 4 sliding glass doors open to the balcony from all rooms. Kitchen is fabulous. Has breath taking view. The Dining area has great view. There is a guest bedroom and bath on this floor as well. Also the washer and dryer room on this floor. Great water pressure on all floors.
The lower level has a home theater and foosball game area. There is a bar here as well. There are two matching bedrooms that both have incredible view of city . Bathroom with toilet and shower separate from the sink area.

We have plenty of towels, great water pressure, comfortable Simmons beds, 100% cotton sheets, new furniture, wonderful neighborhood and the view of a lifetime.
There are many steps, this is not handicap accessible and it is built on the side of Red Mountain. There is no yard outside for children to play in.
