Large six bedroom 3 bath house with separate studio and bath. Ideal property for families or groups looking to enjoy fishing, golfing and tennis. Enjoy the 3/4 acre landscaped property with a swing set for the little ones, badminton, croquet and basketball (equipment provided).
Private association tennis courts on the dead end street which has direct access to the Cape Cod Rail trail, great for biking or walking. Bike or walk .5 miles to Herringbrook Pond (fresh water pond)or 1 mile to First Encounter Beach (bay beach) or 2 miles to Coast Guard Beach (ocean beach).
Three floors of living space include ground floor with large family room, color television, VCR and separate reading/music (with piano) room. Main level has master bedroom (queen bed), jetted tub bath room, large living room with 32" color television (DVD and VCR player) and well equipped eat-in kitchen for the gourmet chef. Large gas grill for barbecues on the expansive deck with seating for all.
Second floor has four bedrooms (two with a queen bed and two with two twin beds), full bath and laundry facility. The huge studio over the garage, connected by the expansive deck, is "retro 70's" with a king size bedroom suite, kitchen counter equipped for making mini meals to enjoy quietly at the table, color television and full bath. All rooms have air-conditioners.
Outside shower with hot water is located on the deck which has six chaise lounges, two tables with umbrella and 12 chairs.
This home is nicely decorated, constantly updated and lovingly maintained. Guests arrive to an impeccably clean home for their vacation enjoyment. Beach towels, chairs, coolers and sand toys are available for guests to use at the beach or pond. All bed linens and bath towels included as well. Just pack your clothes and head to the Cape.
