Durango Mountain Vacation Home was completed in 2008 in Engineer Village. Your just steps away from the ski resort but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. It’s perfect at just 200 yds from the ski lifts.

This luxury home is located directly across from Purgatory ski area at Durango Mountain Resort in tranquil Engineer Village featuring spectacular views of the Hermosa cliffs, Engineer mountain, and your own private aspen forest.

Our newly completed 3,200 sq. ft. home is perfect for couples and families alike and offers top of the line finishes with wood floors, granite counter tops, large covered deck with BBQ grill and comfortable patio furniture. The master suite features a private gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, and private deck. An oversized shower with beautiful slate finishes off the master suite bath. The master suite also features your own walk-in closet with washer dryer. Kids can enjoy their own floor on the lower level featuring a queen bed and convertible bed for two small children. The lower level Queen also has its own bath.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more gorgeous rooms with queen beds and two bathrooms. The views from both rooms is stunning!

The great room is so comfortable, you may never want to leave. It features huge vaulted ceilings, tongue and groove finishes, a beautiful gas fireplace, and in floor heat throughout, so your feet will never get cold. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bar is perfect for hosting guests. Directly off the kitchen is the dining area surrounded by windows and access to the rear patio area. The copper table can seat 8 comfortably and is a piece of art in itself!
Our two car garage will keep your vehicles warm at night with electric door openers as well.
