Whether summer or winter, Brian Head, Utah has it all. We are located in Giant Step Condos right next to the Giant Steps chairlift.
In the winter this small mountain town has great powder skiing, a snowboard park, snowmobiling, and an inner tube park.
Summertime in Brian Head provides great nature hikes and mountain biking trails with some of the most magnificent overlooks nature can provide. Southern Utah is dubbed color country for its beautiful national parks. The Shakespearean Festival takes place all summer just 30 minutes away in Cedar City.
Our beautifully decorated condominium is comfy and cozy and fully equipped. We can accommodate everyone with a king-size bed, full-size sleeper, and a double-size bunk beds.
Includes FOUR FREEDOM SKI PASSES, which are unlimited use, completely transferable to anyone who wants to use them and saves $45.00 per day per ticket, times four totals $180.00 per day.

We purchased this property as a family (3 generations)to have a place to enjoy in the mountains summer and winter. Buying this vacation home has been one of the best things we've ever done, as it has created so many fond memories for our family.

Our family stayed here in mid June, 2011 for four nights. There were 3 adults and two kids and it was more than large enough for all of us. It is modern and up to date and decorated nicely. The beds were all very comfy(including the sofa pull out according to our 9 year old). Everything you could need is pretty much provided. It has wireless internet provided by the condo HOA and that was nice to have. Brian Head is a great summer location. The temperatures were nice and cool. Brian Head is only 90 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park, 25 minutes to Panguitch Lake and not even 10 minutes to Cedar Breaks National Monument. Besides those main attractions, Brian Head is surrounded by lakes, streams, lots of hiking, mountain biking, etc. This condo makes a great base camp! When we get back this way in the future, we would definitely stay here again. THANKS!

This place rocks! Way more than the owners promised. The only thing we needed to bring was personal items. Kitchen and baths are fully stocked. Really clean place and perfect for our ski get away. Thanks Bob and Julie, we’ll be back!

We stayed here in July while on a trip over from England. It was a great location to explore Cedar Breaks, Bryce & Zion and was a well equipped flat. My husband tried out the mountain biking - cylcing in the UK will never be the same again ! and the kids loved the double bunk beds !! We were all blown away by Utah and would love to come back again sometime !! Definately worth getting all your supplies in before you travel up from Cedar City though.
