Excellent location off Highway 60 with nearby shopping. Fantastic kitchen and living room. Great garage. The bar b que and back yard hot tub and fireplace were favorites that we used each nite. Very cordial dealings with the owner. A great location for golf and access to Mesa.I would strongly reccommend this listing to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This is a wonderful rental for a golfer, a cyclist, or simply anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful and peaceful back yard to enjoy sunny afternoons. It is within a 10-30 mile range of great hiking, horse back riding and scenic boat touring along the Suguaro lake, The house is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evenings and in the mornings, watching the two hummingbirds who make a home in the yard's fruit tree. This location allows a cyclist to ride directly from the house up into Usury Pass and on to Lake Suguaro, a challenging 50 mile round trip, or to ride south along Ellsworth on flat roads for an easier ride. The Augusta Ranch golf range is within walking distance from the house for mid afternoon range practice. LA fitness, an Imax theatre, grocery stores, coffee shops and numerous dining options are within a few miles of the house. The home owner is a pleasure to work with. She is attentive and immediately responsive to any concerns or need. I highly reccomend this location to anyone looking for a memorable winter break.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

Just finished a great week of golfing & basking in the sun, 70's in the day 50's at night. Played 5 different courses, didn't leave Mesa, and there are plenty more. The owners were great to work with while we were there and quick return of or deposit at the end. ThanksRecommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and the Northern and Western parks in an around Phoenix/Mesa area as well as local golfing. Very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and beds in an open floor design. Hosts were easy to work with and true to their word. This house is very versatile and suited to getaways, families or business use.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family and I were amazed at the amount of amenities that we found in the house and in the private back yard. We enjoyed sitting poolside by day and fireside by evening. The lovely landscaping attracted singing birds and we loved to listen to them as we grilled outdoors. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The neighborhood surrounds the Augusta Ranch golf course and we enjoyed daily walks along the tree lined streets. The house is situated close to Usery Park with plenty of hiking opportunities and the Cosmo Dog Park (voted best in the nation in 2007) is a short drive away. We had a lovely time and hope to return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.
