We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in Maui. It was a spacious, well equipped condo with an amazing view. The grounds were very well kept and the pools were so much fun. We very much appreciated having all the baby supplies as we brought our daughter with us. Indoor and outdoor toys, booster seat, playpen, water and bath toys were all available and much appreciated. Restaurants, shopping centers and beaches are in walking distance from this condo. In the condo binder, the suggested restaurants and activities were excellent. We will definitely try and stay at this condo again in future visits.

Unbelievable Home

This is our 6th trip to Maui and have stayed in the Grand Champions each year. Two couples stayed in the unit. This is the best unit we have stayed in. In fact it is the best that any of the 6 couples we travel with have had. The value is excellent. The views surpassed my expectations. It is the best equipped unit we have been in - we lacked for nothing. Sue and Ron communicated regularly, checked on us after we checked in and again a week later. The overall quality of the upgrades and size of the unit were exceptional. My only regret was that I could not get the unit next year as it was already committed.

We had a fabulous vacation at this wonderful spot. The condo had everything we could ask for as guests and more!! It is very comfortable and well looked after. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella as well as enjoying the patio furniture and amazing views from the lanai. It was great to have the washer and dryer on site. We found the condo conveniently located to access lots of different beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. The owners "book" has lots of great hints and information about things to do on the island. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation on Maui and would go back tomorrow if we could!!

Sunshine and whales!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this well appointed condo. Although there was just the 2 of us - this unit is perfect for two couples. The bedrooms are at opposite ends and each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Sound system and tv were great. We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers. We went on a kayaking trip that was fantastic. We were surrounded by whales - it was an amazing experience. Be sure to have a meal or happy hour at the Monkey Pod ...just up the hill. Great food and drinks!

We loved staying in this clean, upgraded, beautifully decorated condo with gorgeous ocean views on the horizon! Many nights were spent on the lanai enjoying the warm breezes and wonderful Maui sunsets over the ocean. The unit is large with 2 master bedrooms and is perfectly situated - a minute's walk to both pools/bbq's and a pleasant 10 minute walk to shops and Wailea restaurants. We can hardly wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time in Maui due in part to the wonderful accomdations. The condo was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. It was a great location with a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed watching and listening to the birds early in the morning. We would love to return and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay on Maui

We are a family of four: two adults and two children. One child almost 2, the other 5 months. We had lots of space to let the children go to sleep in a separate room. The apartment had all kinds of extra supplies, like beachchairs, toys for the children. We also liked the equipment like the washing machine. The kitchen was very complete, though we hardly used it (went outside most of the time). Our preparation was really easy since the owner had a very good description on how to get to the apartment and the way to get in the apartment. The apartment was on walking distance to the beach, but we took the car most of the time because of the kids and the stuff we had to bring along tot the beach. We usually went to Jamba Juice and Safeway (a few kilometers back on the island) for shopping but the nearby shopping mall also has the basic groceries. We took a few trips on the island, very beautiful, to Hana and uup the mountain. We discovered that the area of Wailea is beautiful enough to spend your time and taking trips is not necessary to have a good time. We surely would recommend this apartment.

Perfect for 2 couples

What a great place to stay! We stayed here June of 2011. We traveled with another couple and it was private and roomy. One great feature is there are 2 seperate entries. Obviously, allows for more privacy. The location is very friendly to the Wailea area. Quick drive to most beaches. The condo is exceptionally clean. It has everything you'd ever need for the beach.. beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas, towells, etc. The kitchen is great, with all appliances. Washer & dryer with detergent. The only thing I felt needed to be upgraded is the king size bed in the master. For me it was uncomfortable, maybe a new mattress. The queen bed was comfy. Other than that, I'd definately stay here again.

Lovely wailea condo

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It really felt like home. Wonderfully appointed kitchen with everything you could possible need (including a blender). Having the washer and drier available was very appreciated. We brought my mother for her birthday and she really loved the queen suite with the view of the ocean and her own bathroom. Our toddler was in the pool everyday and the whole complex is clean and very beautifully landscaped. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. (We loved the pizza at Matteo's across the street!) We quickly found our way to shopping and sightseeing. We would recommmend this place highly and would not hesitate to come back for another vist!

We had a wonderful stay. It was our 3rd time back to Maui and our best accommodations to date! Close to all the great beaches. The owners thought of everything ... from water toys for kids, beach chairs and a blender for margaritas ... you only need to pack your clothes and get your groceries. The very spacious 2-bedroom (both with en-suites) was perfect for our stay. The unit was up to date, in great shape and the owners made everything from booking to check-out a breeze. They were available on a moments notice to answer any questions or provide tourist advice. Thanks for making our Maui experience even more memorable.

We vacationed in Maui for one week and stayed at this wonderful condo very close to the ocean. The area was beautiful and the condo felt like our home away from home. It was very very clean and the beds were super comfy. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Every morning we would awake to singing birds and a beautiful view of the ocean. The sunsets were unbelievable! I am already trying to plan a return trip and we just got home yesterday. Very very nice.

Perfect Place for 4 in Paradise

This is a little piece of paradise, perfect for 2 couples or a family. The unit is beautifully decorated, recently upgraded, well equipped including laundry facilities,very comfortable beds and a big screen TV.The two separate entrances make it ideal for people who want to come and go without disturbing others staying with them. The lanai is large and a perfect place for morning coffee and watching the beautiful sunsets. The complex is well landscaped, peaceful and secure. While close to the beach and amenities, it is away from street noise and pedestrian traffic. We enjoyed the well maintained pools and hot tub. Joe's, an excellent restaurant, is on the grounds and one we recommend highly! It is an easy walk from the unit. We loved being able to go down and walk on the long path in front of the hotels, visiting the shops and going to Polo Beach which is just a short drive and never crowded. The unit has beach chairs, towels and water toys to help you enjoy your fun in the sun time. The owners are very easy to work with and want to make sure their guests have a good time. There is an on island contact person, if needed. We had a perfect wedding on the beach and took full advantage of all the fun activities available during our stay. We certainly felt right at home in the unit and are already planning our return trip in the fall.

Fabulous Family Getaway

Sue and Ron, We'd like to thank you very much for letting us stay at the condo! It was a perfect vacation for our family. The condo amenities were fabulous, with the large kitchen, plenty of room to spread out on the lanai, in the family room and in the bedrooms, and lots of fun in the two pools! Rowan (2yrs old) especially loved learning to swim with the turtle tiles in the pool. We took advantage of the golf with amazing scenery, surfing lessons nearby, shopping close at hand, not to mention the beaches! As a family, our favorite time was just after sunrise and then watching the sun set on Pollo Beach, just down the street from the condo. Absolutely breathtaking! We are looking forward to many more family vacations at the condo - thank you so much for sharing your dream with us!

Perfect family location

My wife and I stayed at this condo for a week with our toddler and loved everything about it. The location is great, a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. The condo community is nice a quiet, with two pools and very well maintained grounds. The condo itself is great, and with two master bedrooms (including ensuites) makes sharing with friends very easy. The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances and granite countertops and comes stocked with all the small appliances, plates and cutlery you need day to day. It has a/c, numerous overhead fans, tv/dvd/stereo system, and a great lanai with a great view of the ocean, west Maui and the sunset. Basically, its exactly what you'd hope for from a condo in Maui.

This was our 5th year in Maui and our 5th different vacation rental spot, and all I can say is... we'll be back next year to stay in this unit if we don't purchase one first. Anyone who is planning a vaction getaway with family or friends, this is the place. Great privacy for individual families or for large families. This unit is also an Executive retreat for work and play as is our use while in Maui. We are able to work, conduct business and entertain while we enjoy the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from home stay in Paradise!

This Unit is a Very Nice Choice

Our repeat stay in January, 2009 was once again lovely. What we received for our dollar value was very good. The unit has a great floorplan for two couples (with child) to share. The two bedrooms each with adjoining bathrooms are very private from each other and the king and queen beds are very comfortable. Plus what a pretty view of the ocean as the unit is on the second story! We could even watch whales from this unit's lanai. It is within a short drive (minutes) to some of the best beaches on Maui, as well as being in a great location for early morning walks. Getting to all amenities is easy. This property is very clean, well maintained and very sufficiently equipped. We are very thankful to the owners for their great customer service. We have no difficulty recommending this unit to our friends and family.
