Paying lower monthly rate does not mean be forced live in dirt with noisy rental units next door. Owner did not made any improvements for years-place need fresh coat of paint,clean bathtub,replace stove from 60's, table with out need to be supported by folded paper towels. Only plus was ocean view - but only possible after my wife washed filthy sliding glass doors. A/C unit was producing smell of urine [ dog ? ] for first few hours, spider webs around table legs, balcony chair broken, wall in bathroom marked with hair stuck to it, toaster shooting flames, celling paint peeling off, TV with grainy picture, remote not working, microwave not working, Internet not working except close to the office, kitchen faucets running cold water only, mirrors on wall dirty. Vacuum provided for room was with canister full of dirt and broken off hose. Carpet in room greasy and dirty. Cleaning lady did changed towels time to time,delivered toilet paper and that was it. We would not recommend this place to anyone and can't understand two positive reviews from 2008 - sorry. We can provides photos if requested. We have rented from Joanne for the last 2 years. Very nice person and the housekeeper Barb is very trustworthy and does a good job. Highly recommend renting from Joanne. We have stayed for 3 months and 4 months over the winter. Regards Joanne and Ben Canadian snowbirdsRecommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time. The condo was clean,had a great view and the ower was very pleasant . Over all it was a great experience for me and my wife. We are planning another visit next year. we paln on staying with Joann again.
