Our 3 bedroom shore house in Bradley Beach has all the amenities for your relaxing stay at the New Jersey shore. Located 4 blocks from the beach and one block off the lake, this quiet residential area is perfect for a family looking for their summer place, at the same time being accessible to New York City by train (NJ Transit) or ferry.
A full kitchen with all updated appliances is available for in-house meal preparation plus the added convenience of kitchen island dining for quick breakfasts and coffees before taking off to enjoy the beach. The living room offers a newly furnished retreat for family get-togethers and evening games. The bedrooms are styled to reflect our home in Germany to give it that Old World feeling. Master bedroom has a balcony and awning facing East for morning and midday sun.

A wide range of summer fun and excitement is well within reach of Bradley Beach. Top name entertainment and shopping can be found in Atlantic City (1hr.south), Philadelphia (1hr.west),
and New York City (1hr. north), as well as locally, in Red Bank (15 mins. north). Within a few minutes from the house are some of the largest outlet centers and shopping malls in NJ.
The Jackson Premium Outlets and the Jersey Shore Premium Outlet Center are just a few minutes away. Monmouth, Seaview Square, and Ocean County Malls are within a 10 mile radius of Bradley Beach.

My entire family (9 all together) would definely rent this home again. We loved the big island in the kitchen and tended to gather round as we were putting meals together. We loved Bradley Beach as we could make lunch and bring it to the beach. It truly was our home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Recently my family and I came to stay at this charming house in Bradley Beach for the Garden State Film Festival Week-end. We were close enough to Asbury Park to access the theatre, boardwalk and restuarants. The house is dog-friendly which was a big plus with my family. The owner was responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are staying this year for a second time on a road !!! The house is perfect for 8 if you are a family that loves being in the beach all day !!. The house is small but has EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation.This house will probably be our summer vacation retreat for a long time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We, the Ryans, have been living and working in Germany for the last 8 years. Originally from Metuchen, NJ, Bettina and I purchased our house in 2007 as a place to come home to when we visit the US. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our home. Our children, Merin, Helena, and Hannes, always bring some toys and DVD's for your kids to play with when they are staying at our house. They want them to feel like it is their house, too... Why the Owner Chose Bradley Beach:
With Hurricane Sandy storming through Monmouth and Ocean County beaches and towns, Bradley Beach sustained minimal damage to the town and the beaches because of the dunes, which were severely damaged, but are in the process of repair. To the north, and south, of Bradley Beach, repairs to beach and boardwalks will not be ready by Summer 2013, leaving Bradley Beach as one of the Jersey Shores main destinations for oceangoers and sunbathers.
