The master bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa. Both bedrooms have fresh paint and brand new carpet. The bathrooms have new floor tile, vanities, sinks, and paint. The kitchen has new appliances.
Free wireless internet connection and washer/dryer in unit. We also have a pack-n-play (portable crib) and high chair for your little one!
You can relax by the pool or the hot tub or just play at the beach. Great location for fun and adventure but quiet enough to relax. Walk to restaurant favorites Fudpuckers, Old Bay Steamer, or the Waffle House. You may also walk to the Gulfarium, Okaloosa Pier, and the Boardwalk via the beach. We chose Okaloosa Island because of the soft sugar white sand beach and the calm Gulf waters. All the amenities of Destin are so close, yet Okaloosa Island is much less crowded.

Our family absolutely loved staying in your condo over fall break. It was clean and nicely furnished with the most gorgeous views of the ocean. The location of the condo was perfect for walking to many nearby restaurants, including the restaurants and shops on the pier, which was only about a 10 minute walk on the beach. Ft. Walton beach is so beautiful and not overly built up, which makes for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Our family loved every minute and cannot wait to go back!

Our family of 4 had a great time this summer at your condo! The pictures you submitted were exactly like the unit. The decor of the unit makes you feel like you are on a tropical island ------we loved it. The kitchen has everything and more than you could ever need. We had a great time in the pool and also loved walking in the beautiful sugar white sand down to the ocean. We walked across the street one evening for dinner at Fudpucker's. My children thought it was great to just be able to walk to have dinner. The food was very good. If you need to go anywhere for dinner, groceries,or any kind of entertainment -everything is just a short drive away. When we are at Fort Walton we usually try and spend one day at Big Kahuna's Water Park in Destin. We always have a good time and it doesn't take but a little while to drive there. We definitely would love to stay in this unit again. We have stayed at other condos in the Fort Walton Beach area and this is the best so far. It was a blessing for our family. I am sure you will have great success in keeping your condo rented----I just hope there will be room for us in the future :)

Our group comfortably stayed with 3 adults and 2 children. The unit had an OUTSTANDING view of the beach and the pool - no obstructions. We loved sitting on the balcony reading and sipping beverages. The pool was great. We loved the stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were quite nice. The unit was very clean too.

Our family had a wonderful spring break trip staying here. The location of the condo could not get any better! You are steps from the beach, and close to many shops and attractions. The unit itself is nicely decorated and my kids enjoyed the tv in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the bathrooms are updated. They even have a high chair and pack & play if you need them, which we did. The view is amazing, both from the living room and master bedroom. We were even able to spot dolphins from the balcony on several occasions. The beach is beautiful, very clean and the whitest sand we've ever seen. We can't wait to go back!

My family and I just returned from a trip. The condo was great. The location was perfect and you can't beat the view! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. Even though it was December, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The beach was our front yard! It is very easy to get to and conveniently located. Sea Oats/Southern Resorts was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!

Mt family and I stayed at this lovely condo last year and we had a wonderful time...Everything was so neat and the view was gorgeous...So convenient to everything and the water was the prettiest that we have seen in this USA....We had a family ages from 1year to 64 and we all had something to do and we all stayed at different condo. at the same Sea Oates...Easy to find,very helpful to answer all questions and I would defintely recommend this condo to all my friends and relatives...As a matter of fact we are planning yearly vacation here....You must come and stay here it is perfect location right between Destin and Ft. Walton..
