One story beachfront house, ground level home, minimal stairs.
The home has four bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Two rooms have king size beds, while the other two rooms each have a set of twin beds. The beachfront deck is connected to the sandy beach by dune walkover.
The great room features a wood burning fireplace and vaulted high ceilings.
In addition to the two car garage, there is a parking lot that allows for a half dozen cars, and additional unlimited parking is available across the street.
There are several fine restaurants within 5 minutes drive including Cap's Seafood, The Reef, Fiddler's Green, Benitos to name a few.
The property is directly adjacent to Guana River State Park that allows for boating, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing.
The nation's oldest city, St. Augustine is minutes away. Marineland, TPC Sawgrass, and World Golf Village are close-by as well. The property is within an hour of Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, a short drive for Jacksonville Jaguars, or Florida/Georgia football games.
Typical rentals are a week long; however, shorter rentals including per diem are available.
The property is less than 15 minutes from the St. Augustine airport (SGJ), and less than an hour from Jacksonville International Airport (JIA).
While surf fishing in front of the house is often good, offshore fishing charters can be arranged through private vendors in St. Augustine.
