Monte Carlo was designed with coordinated colors of warm Yellows, Reds, Greens, tans, and contrasting sage accents. You will feel at home the first minute you walk in the door. CARPET and LCD-TV'S have been installed to add even greater comfort for your stay.
The living area, with it's soft butter yellow walls, is contrasted with soothing greens and deep ruby colors from the new couch. The Queen sized sofa is situated so that you can relax watching your favorite TV Show on the NEWLY ADDED LCD-TV, and at the same time, watch the beautiful Ocean.
The King Master suite features a private bath with double vanities, large walk-in closet, full ceramic shower and separate full two person tub. Unique to this beautiful beach vacation home is the desk and business area in the master.
The bunk room is an enclosed separate room with two FULL SIZED TWIN BUNK BEDS. This room is perfect for those that would appreciate putting young children down to rest with no distractions.
You will love the sumptuous brand new carpet in all the bedrooms. It feels so yummy under your feet. We spared NO expense in putting the best carpet we could find.
From your summer vacation Gulfront Condomimium, you can walk directly from your master suite to the balcony which faces the Emerald green waters and enjoy that wonderful morning coffee just as the sun comes up from the horizon. Full Gulf views of the Emerald waters are just steps away.
The floating lazy river is truly unique to Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. The only Beach and Bay Resort on the Florida Panhandle. There is a zero entry pool that leads to the river. Surrounding the lazy river, are 2 large spas placed amid the tropical palms, as well as a waterfall pool (heated in the winter).
On the Gulf side where your condo is located, you overlook the largest pool on the Florida panhandle(5000 sq. ft.) featuring a 10,000 foot pool deck and a sumptuous Hot tub.

Why the Owner Chose Destin West Beach and Bay Resort
I bought this vacation condominium because it has a great view of the water. It sits in the middle of the crescent shaped building on the Destin Gulf Side. At one time this condominium was my home and now it is used by others who enjoy the same relaxing feeling I do. I like the Gulf area of Florida so much I moved into a larger condo; then eventually a house by the water. This condo helps supplement my retirement income now. It still looks like a new condo and is redecorated often with strict regulations on upkeep. Please come see for yourself, you are always welcome to my little piece of paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view is breathtaking and the sand is so fine it feels soft to the toes. Every summer people race sailboats across the Gulf shore line in front of the condo; the fantastic view of all the different color sails billowing in the breeze is marvelous. I fell in the love with the sugar white sands and the clear blue waters.

My husband and I purchased this condominium in 2004 to share with our children and grandchildren. Our grandchildren play for hours on the beach and we never get tired of the beautiful sunsets, sugar white sand and emerald green waters found in Destin, Florida.
