Bus lines are within one block and only a ten-minute ride to the Seattle City Center and Pike Place Market.
The studio apartment is part of a Triplex that was built in the early 1900’s, with a separate entrance, full kitchen and bath. The backyard has a BBQ and an organic garden where you can lounge under the huge Coastal Redwood. There is a licensed massage therapist on the premises with yoga and Pilates classes offered within five blocks.
