The studio is nestled just a half mile between Wallingford to the North and Fremont to the SW. It is also within walking distance to the Burke Gilman Trail, Greenlake, Gas Works Park and the Woodland Park Zoo. Bus lines are within one block and only a ten-minute ride to the Seattle City Center and Pike Place Market. The studio apartment is part of a Triplex that was built in the early 1900’s, with a separate entrance, full kitchen and bath. The backyard has a BBQ and an organic garden where you can lounge under the huge Coastal Redwood. There is a licensed massage therapist on the premises with yoga and Pilates classes offered within five blocks.

Deposit 25% at time of reservation.

Cleaning fee $25; waived with 4 nights or more booked.
