You are invited to stay and enjoy this marvelously located condo across from Kamaole Beach Park 1 in Sunny South Kihei. It is said to be "one of the best white beaches in Maui". A great way to start the day is to take a morning stroll or run along the one mile sandy beach. It's all conveniently located across from "your home away from home."
This second floor one bedroom/one bath condo has an ocean-view from your own lanai (private balcony). A beautifully designed, maintained, fully furnished and exceptionally equipped unit, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a brand new glass top stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the equipment needed to prepare a sumptuous meal. A table is set up on the lanai for your dining pleasure. Also inside, there is a dining table and three stools at the bar.
The Living room has a 32" TV,Cable,DVD, VCR, MP3/CD player and FREE wireless internet connection. Another added feature is FREE digital phone service with unlimited local and long distance calls in the USA and Canada - great deal, eh?!!
A second TV and DVD player are located in the Master bedroom. Newly decorated in designer colors with lush linens for the Queen size bed.
The condo has brand new A/C and fans to keep you cool and comfortable.
For your convenience beach towels & chairs, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards are provided.
The complex has a blue sparkling pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis courts. As well as two gas BBQ areas to grill your steak or fresh fish, dine alfresco near the pool-side or on your lanai during sunset.
Kihei Alii Kai is in a magnificent location, easy walking distance to superb restaurants, shops, coffee house, postal service, video, liquor, health food stores and gorgeous beaches.
Just minutes away is famous Wailea; World Class restaurants i.e., Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris Steakhouse & Spagos, fantastic shopping at the The Shops of Wailea, also several championship golf courses, awesome beaches, diving and snorkeling sites.
Whale watching from Jan-April is a must do! Maui is one of only three places in the world where Humpback Whales come to breed and give birth to their babies. Witnessing these gigantic creatures up close is a "WOW" moment.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Alii Kai
I was able to move to Maui in 2002. I bought my home(condo)in 2003. I love the location because it is across the street from the beach. It makes it very easy to walk the beach in the morning and lay out early before I start my day. It's also great to watch the sunsets every night, "Nature's theater".
This side of the island in Kihei, the beaches are beautiful and there are so many within a short driving distance. The ocean is in a channel, protected by the other islands, so the waves are usually small and gentle. Great snorkeling at Ulua beach only a 5 min. drive. You can rent snorkeling gear, boogie boards, paddling boards right in front of the condo at Boss Frogs. Within walking distance is a health food store, my favorite restaurant, "Cafe O'Lei", great Mexican food at "Taquiera Cruz", the best warm out of the oven Cinnamon buns, postal services and great stores, check out the Bali shop infront of the condo, great, inexpensive gifts for the family back home. From Kihei you can take a boat to Molokini to dive or snorkel or whale watch. Also Kihei is the sunny side of the island, so not too much rain. Its a perfect location to enjoy paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Kihei Alii Kai is a quiet complex, centrally located. It has tennis courts, swimming pool and a hot tub. My unit is on the second floor with oceanviews. Since I lived in the condo and it was my home, everything you need is there to enjoy your stay. The locations is great you can walk to so many things. If you feel like dressing up and going to a nice dinner, you can drive to Roy's (Safeway Shopping Center) or drive to Wailea (5-8 mins) and you can go to Spago's at the Four Season's Hotel, Fairmont's Restaurants, Grand Wailea or go to the Shops of Wailea and you can dine at Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris Steak House, Longhi's (upscale Italian, fresh seafood, steak,etc). The condo is centrally located so it great to see all the sights and only 14 miles to the Airport.
Great snorkeling. Easy access, go in the early morning for best clarity to see the fish. Also, better parking.
Lots of shopping here. A great deli, restaurants (Tommy Bahamas, Ruth Chris, Longhi, Cheeseburger in Paradise) Lambert's icecream is goood! On Wednesday nights they have Hawaiian music and hula danci

My family and I started to go to the Hawaiian Islands in the early 80's. We fell in love with the tropical surroundings; warm water, soft sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. Snorkeling and seeing the turtles, whales and colorful fish was incredible. Hiking to the cool waterfalls and through bamboo forests was amazing. Enjoying the unique cultural,the exotic flowers and birds.
There is so much to do here that we love; surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, hiking, biking,swimming,paddling board,boogie boarding,riding ATVs, horseback riding, ziplining, going to Hana or to the top of Haleakala, The weather is wonderful year around that you can always be outdoors playing! My son now lives here permanently and he says he'll never go back to the mainland where everything is crazy!!!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here in your condo. The location is ideal and when we felt lazy all we had to do is walk across the street to a great beach. We also enjoyed Keawakapu Beach. We were so happy to find the beach chairs and boogie boards. You have thought of everything for your quests enjoyment. Later we found Wailea Beach, Beautiful!! We would love to stay here again. Mahalo, Maryann Eckest and Cathy Hill Big Island and Colorado.
