25% of Full Rental (Non-Refundable) to Confirm Booking for the 1000 Square Foot 3-Bedroom unit and 50% of full rental (Non-Refundable) for the Spacious B&B rooms.
For 3-BEDROOM UNIT, the 75% Balance Plus $150 Cleaning Fee (Non-Refundable) and $250 Security Deposit (Refundable) is Due 30 Days Prior To Arrival.
For BED & BREAKFAST, the 50% balance is due upon arrival.
