The living area is open with plenty of seating. The home is stocked with all the amenities. Large private back yard.
Community has sandy beaches along the Colorado River & Natural Boat Launch. Just 5 minutes to Needles Bridge & Marina. Thirty-five (35) mins to Lake Havasu or Mohave & 25 minutes to the casinos in Laughlin.Also in the area are 10 golf courses including a PGA Championship golf course, and a inexpensive 9 hole 2 min up the road. Lots of friendly neighbors and a community center.

WE LOVE ALL THE BEACHES ALONG THE RIVER AND ALL THE TREES IN THE NEIGHBOR HOOD . THE COMMUNITY LAUNCH RAMP IS JUST A 1/2 MILE AWAY THE NEIGHBORS ARE FREINDLY AND IT FEELS VACATIONY WITH ALL FIELDS OF LAVENDER GROWING.
