  The place is well kept and beautifully decorated! Description and pictures of the condo are exactly what the place looks like. The only difference is the bed comforters were a different color, a lot more colorful! We like that it is all floor no carpet, a lot cleaner that way plus makes it easier to sweep and wipe down the floors.They had a closet fully stocked with towels, comforters, clothes hangers, iron and iron board. Brand new up to date washer and dryer. The master bedroom was very spacious and over looking the pool. The 2nd bedroom is spacious enough to fit a queen size air mattress. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious. It is less than a minute away from the beach access. We enjoyed the late afternoon walks on the beach. The only recommendations we suggested to the owner was since the condo is on the beach and some renters will not respect a place, more like furniture so we recommend that maybe get the sofas vacuum to get sand off them or maybe leave a small handheld vacuum in condo so renters can use. The kitchen is fully stocked except maybe add a few more plates and bowls. I would also get rid of, replace some utensils that were rusted. Being near the pool and ocean you will have a problem with water bugs. We had a few run in with some in the kitchen, 2nd bedroom and wife woke up to one crawling on her. The place was not infested with them but would recommend to get the place sprayed occasionally. Overall it is a nice, well kept place! Great owner and friendly management staff! We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again!

  This condominium has been the best I've been to. It has everything you need and even more. Plenty of towels and linens. It is very spacious and beautiful decorated. Super close to the beach and with its own pool. I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a good time at the island... Thanks a lot!! :)

  We were very pleased with this condo. The pictures do not give this condo justice. It is better in person. This is a must rent. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the condo. The pool area is well maintained and the privacy of just sharing a pool with four other condos is really nice. The area is really quiet and there are restuarants, nail shop - TND's nails, and a beach retail store - Blue sky in walking distance. The condo itself is very clean, very comfy couches, all utensils and even basic cooking spices. The unit has a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and not cramped. The owner provides plenty of bath towels for your use. We have three children and we all slept comfortably. We brought an air mattress because we knew there were only two beds in the second bedroom and there was enough room to put the air bed in the room comfortably. We like to stay in condos or small vacation homes instead of hotels when we vacation as a family and this is one of the most equipped ones we have stayed at. There were plenty of cooking and eating utensils for all of us. Very very nice, we are already planning next summer's trip back with friends.
