Need a getaway? Falcon’s Roost is the vacation destination you’re searching for. Located in the luxurious Running Y Ranch Resort, this townhouse has been furnished for comfort and enjoyment.
This open 1450 square foot floor plan offers a spacious living area and three large bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The master suite boasts two walk in closets and a master bathroom with dual sinks, a separate shower, and a large tub – just the place to soak away all the stress of everyday life. At night, the windows offer a spectacular view of the country skyline, to lull you to sleep in a king-size bed.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are joined with a full Jack and Jill bathroom for maximum convenience. The first room offers a queen-size bed with the same fantastic views as the master suite, and its own walk-in closet. Just down the hall, the second bedroom has a large closet, two twin-size beds in a trundle frame, and a desk complete with a high-speed internet router. Wireless access allows you to use this feature anywhere in the house!
Downstairs, a fully appointed kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. Share your dinners at the table or relax with a barbeque on the expansive, elevated deck overlooking the resort’s Arnold Palmer golf course and Upper Klamath Lake. Watch the birds land in the trees a few feet away! After dinner, relax with a glass of wine and watch the stars come out.
By day, Running Y Ranch Resort comes alive with activities. An expansive list of amenities abound. Spend your afternoon kayaking on the lake, or horseback riding through the trees. Take in a few rounds of golf, use the fitness center, or relax in the resort’s spa with a massage. A playground, pool, and hot tub are within walking distance of your front door, for an afternoon of fun.
Is a winter getaway more to your liking? The beautiful snow-covered landscapes out your window will take your breath away. Spend the afternoon cross-country skiing, or ice skating at the resort’s ice rink. In the evenings, cuddle up on the sofas in front of a fire and enjoy a movie on our television, equipped with cable programming and a DVD player. Two bedrooms also have their own televisions, some with DVD players.
A full-size washer and dryer are well-situated downstairs, across from a half bathroom, making lengthy stays with us convenient. The sofa folds out, allowing for extra guests.
A short drive will bring you to picturesque Klamath Falls for shopping, antiquing, and dining. If a lengthier day trip is more appealing, the resort is located less than an hour and a half away from Crater Lake. A breathtaking destination that everybody must see at least once!

Plus Tax. $85 cleaning fee.
5% discount for stays from 3-6 nights in length.
Deposit in the amount of two nights stay due within 7 days of booking.
Remainder of balance due within 45 days prior to check-in.
$200 refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit due with final payment.
Check in guaranteed by 5 pm, earlier if unit is ready. Check-out 11 am.
