Why the Owner Chose Avondale
We found out about the newest and upcoming side of Phoenix when we got our son set up at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) only a few minutes drive from the house. We stayed in a vacation rental home on our first trip to Avondale and absolutely loved it! We have not since gone back to staying in a hotel or motel room since we bought our new vacation rental home, which was great for visits to see our son in Avondale, and now that he graduated we like to go there for get-aways to relax, drink coffee pool-side in the morning and BBQ pool-side in the evening, enjoy nearby attractions, shopping, sightseeing, and so much more that there's not enough room here to describe it all.
Mostly we want other people to be able to stay in this really nice home and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences, as if it's their own home.
The Avondale area just outside of Phoenix offers conveniences, shopping, entertainment, sightseeing, hiking, etc., and most importantly, a place to relax and unwind. This home was chosen as a second home for guests to come and enjoy in the years to come.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Upon arrival, there was a beautiful welcome basket, complete with four Nascar mugs for all us! What a great touch. Cheryl also provided lots of information about the area and tourist attractions. Just wish our stay was a little longer to take in the sites.
