Main house has one master bedroom with king size bed and awesome views of the Bay, Bedroom #1 room has a queen, Bedroom #2 one set of bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area is open it has great views of the Bay. The guest cottage sleeps 5.Queen and a Bunk bed with queen and twin at the top. Enjoys the BEST DOCK Bay access at the Cape with covered dock, let the kids go fish in the mornings from the dock while you prepare breakfast. Dock you boat all week. Great for scallop season or kayaking. Boat launch just down the street at the State Park if you have to. Ample green areas for picnic or volleyball are other reasons to RENT this house.
