Our beautiful designer-decorated townhome in the Village at Bear Trap is ideal for your golf or family beach vacation! It is located less than 3 miles to the beach.
Ideally situated on the golf course, and steps from the main pool and clubhouse, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome comfortably sleeps 8-10.
The main level has a luxurious master suite with king bed, TV and DVD player, private master bath with tub/shower and hair dryer.
The great room is perfect for entertaining. It has: cable tv, XBox 360-combo-DVD player, CD player, and wireless internet. Off the family room, is a screened-in porch with wonderful seating where you can watch the sun set. There is a deck as well with a charcoal grill and patio seating for barbecues.
Our kitchen has been fully-outfitted for your cooking needs and the adjacent dining room can accommodate 8 guests. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen as well as a garage conveniently located to store your bikes, golf equipment, strollers, and beach chairs.
The upper level has two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. These bedrooms are perfect for either adults or small guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a single trundle. The other bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a double bed and an additional double bed. There is a flat screen tv and DVD player in this room to keep the kids entertained!
We have included lots of extras for families with small children including: a highchair, board games, toys, beach chairs and umbrella.
The townhome is located steps away from the mail indoor/outdoor pool and clubhouse/fitness center.
Bear Trap has many amenities including: a championship 27-hole golf course, fully-equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and a clubhouse with full-service restaurant.
Best of all, there is a summer beach shuttle so you don’t have to worry about wasting your day trying to find parking at the beach!
Not incl in rates quoted below: 5% town tax, mandatory damage insurance ($25-$55 depending on length of stay),6% reservation processing fee, and Bear Trap activity passes. Linen rental service and Travel Insurance are optional services that are also available.
Pets welcome (1 dog only) with $150 non-refundable pet fee.

We rented this place a few years ago and it was perfect! Before we bought our own place at the beach, we rented each summer and this was one of our favorites. Nice back yard and view of the golf course. The layout of the house is wonderful! The kitchen was nicely equipped. There's a nice screened porch as well as a deck. The house is nicely maintained and feels so homey. Its an easy walk to the Bear Trap clubhouse, as well as the pool, gym, and shuttle to the beach. The Bear Trap community is very nice. Great for bike riding and walking. It was really difficult to leave!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
