Our beautiful, newly-renovated (spring 2008) designer-decorated townhome in the Village at Bear Trap is ideal for your golf or family beach vacation! It is located less than 3 miles to the beach.
Ideally situated on the golf course, and steps from the main pool and clubhouse, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome comfortably sleeps 8-10.
The main level has a luxurious master suite with king bed, TV and DVD player, private master bath with tub/shower and hair dryer.
The great room is perfect for entertaining. It has: cable tv, XBox 360-combo-DVD player, CD player, and wireless internet. Off the family room, is a screened-in porch with wonderful seating where you can watch the sun set. There is a deck as well with a charcoal grill and patio seating for barbecues.
Our kitchen has been fully-outfitted for your cooking needs and the adjacent dining room can accommodate 8 guests. There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen as well as a garage conveniently located to store your bikes, golf equipment, strollers, and beach chairs.
The upper level has two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. These bedrooms are perfect for either adults or small guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a single trundle. The other bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a double bed and an additional double bed. There is a flat screen tv and DVD player in this room to keep the kids entertained!
We have included lots of extras for families with small children including: a highchair, board games, toys, beach chairs and umbrella.
The townhome is located steps away from the mail indoor/outdoor pool and clubhouse/fitness center.
Bear Trap has many amenities including: a championship 27-hole golf course, fully-equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and a clubhouse with full-service restaurant.
Best of all, there is a summer beach shuttle so you don’t have to worry about wasting your day trying to find parking at the beach!
