The spacious open floor plan of the main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a cooking island with breakfast bar. This main level allows for a feeling of togetherness while defining separate areas for dining, cooking, and relaxing. Additionally, this level offers a handicapped accessible bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bath with a roll-in shower.
The second floor master suite has a king sized bed and a private shuttered porch with a view of the picturesque town center of Rosemary. The master bath is equipped with double vanities, an oversized tub, and a steam shower with body jets. The second master features a king sized bed, walk-in closet and screened porch. The bunkroom offers two sets of built-in bunks with convenient desk area and gaming system.
The third floor loft bedroom features a rooftop view of Rosemary, extra long twin beds with trundles, a generous bathroom with shower, foosball table and an entertainment system with games, puzzles, movies and more.
Additional amenities include a private enclosed patio with a gas grill, outdoor sink and a hot tub that accommodates up to 8 guests. Inside the house a 52” HD TV, stereo system has speakers and volume controls in every room, a desk area with connections for high speed cable internet, serene wrap around porches with chaise lounge area for sun bathing, and remarkable touches throughout the home that add up to a leisure, comfortable retreat.

The Caribbean inspired town of Rosemary Beach has pedestrian friendly boardwalks that all lead to the beach - in five minutes or less. The town features: four stunning pools, one is fully enclosed and heated with climate control, and one is heated when needed, the other two are solar heated; two playgrounds; 8 clay tennis courts with clinics/lessons available; bike rentals at the bike shop which also offers beach and recreational needs; relaxing spa treatments in the town center spa; state of the art fitness and trainings facility available for guests-$15/day, $40/3-day pass, $70/week and umbrellas, chairs, sailboats, kayak plus other beach paraphernalia is available for rent on the beach.
