This sunny, charming Southampton house is located in the village and is available weekly throughout the year. Within walking or biking distance to the village (3 blocks) and the beach (6 blocks).
This lovely house has a large garden, made private with fencing and hedgerows, a deck with awning off the dining room for lounging and outside dining & heated pool and spa. In the house there is zoned, central heating and AC as well as fireplaces in both the master bedroom and living room. In addition to two full bathrooms and a half bath, there's an outdoor shower. The interiors are a stylish and comfy mix of country antiques and upholstered pieces for an uncluttered, attractive and easy charm. There is wireless Internet in the whole house as well as cable TV in two bedroomsand the living room. A large and sunny eat-in kitchen is a welcoming haven for family or friends and the kitchen is well equipped for a cook. I have many more photos I can send via email.
