New three bedroom vacation get-away is decorated like a model with all the newest blue and brown decor. There is a great view of the 13th fairway and the pond with a fountain from the private screened-in-porch and the living room, which features ceiling fan, couch, two matching chairs and two ottomans. The entertainment center holds a 32" TV with cable, DVD player, VCR and a stereo. This third floor unit is conveniently located near the elevator, 2 doors away. (Newly decorated in March 2008.) Also, you can enjoy the safety of the gated community.
The beautiful master bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands, a dresser, a large master bath with an over sized tub/shower combination, ceiling fan and a 22" TV/DVD. Also, there is a door from the master bedroom to the screened in balcony.
Two guest rooms each have two-twin beds, a night stand, a dresser and ceiling fans. The twin beds may be pushed together and the night stand set to the side if desired. One bedroom has a small TV/VCR.
A full kitchen is stocked with all necessities should you desire to cook. A beautiful table and chairs for six is located in the dining room.
For your convenience there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Also, there are many storage closets to store your suitcases and golf clubs.
Enjoy the view of the golf course from the balcony, which has a table and seating for six as well as an eletric grill with lava rocks for a BBQ.
All beds have linens and both baths have towels and hair dryers for your use. Also, pool towels are furnished.
Murrells Inlet is the Seafood Capital. Only blocks away, you can stroll past the many restaurants on the boardwalk and walk out on the pier as the music serenades you from the outdoor bands.
International Villas is only a twenty-minute drive from the Myrtle Beach Airport and five miles from Myrtle Beach. Shopping at the popular Inlet Mall is a short two mile drive and the closest grocery store is a few blocks away.
Enjoy swimming in the beautiful Villa's pool. There is also swimming at Myrtle Beach and Huntington State Parks (state park pass at condo), which have a gorgeous private beach on the ocean or enjoy the Garden City Beach, all located close by.
For golf discounts check I have purchased the passport discount card which discounts 4 players or find coupons in "The Sun News" sports section or seniors call the Grand Strand Senior Center.
Smoke alarms in every room, a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and sprinklers are included for your safety.
Renters must be at least 23 years old or with parents.
Motorcycles are welcome. Trailers can be stored at one of the near by storage facilities.
