There is access to a private beach club with cabanas about one mile from the house. There is seasonal fishing directly from the dock. Dolphins and Manatees frequent the inlet. It is across the street from an executive golf course, about 15 minutes from Innisbrook, and 30 minutes from Tampa's TPC.
This Non-Smoking home is about two hours from Disney World and all that Central Florida has to offer. It is located about one hour from Tampa's historic Ybor City and less than an hour from several unique communities with historic restorations such as Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and St. Petersburg. Clearwater Beach is also a short drive. The International Mall in Tampa is next to the airport. Tampa's Busch Gardens is about one hour away.
