Nestled amidst 57 acres of pristine Northern Maine forest in Phillips, on the way to Rangeley, Maine. Our guests have the exclusive use of this property which boasts a stocked private 9 acre pond for trout fishing, canoeing and swimming as well as 3700' of Sandy River waterfront. The cabin has a view of the pond.

Come for lodging, fly fishing, bear hunting, deer hunting, rabbit/hare, turkey, or moose hunting, ATV/snowmobiling, hiking, or just a peaceful getaway. We have direct trail access and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Vacation with us. Enjoy the wildlife. Visit for the night or stay for a month. We have rates to fit your needs.
