  5 star... as in 5 star hotel. This condo is SO well appointed and maintained. It has a wonderful view of the ocean. Listen to the sound of the ocean day and night. The swimming pool is right outside your door! This is not your typical rental. Comfortably and tastefully furnished, it feels like a home away from home. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance or short drive. We highly recommend renting this property and will stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

  Our stay at Silver Moon couldn't have been any better! The condo is clean, bright and definitely well maintained. The description and photos that are provided here are exactly what is in the unit. Robin and Alan have seen to every detail in this condo. From the well stocked kitchen to the electronic keypad entry, who knew not having to worry about a key would be so relaxing! We loved having the ability to walk to the beach and set up our chairs in the morning, spending the day there, and then coming back and getting in the pool - it was just fabulous! The location is phenomenal. You can walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. We have been coming to Ocean City for 12 years and we have stayed in condos and townhouses both on the bay and on the ocean. This unit is by far, THE BEST we have ever stayed in.

  My husband, son and another couple stayed at this unit in August 2011. The unit was quiet, clean and beautiful. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The owner was great to work with. She answered all questions timely. I would definitely recommend this unit to a friend and relative and can not wait to come back again, so that I can stay there again.

  We have been staying in Ocean City for many years. This condo was definitely the nicest we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is perfect! The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The condo was spotless upon arrival and the furnishings are beautiful! There was nothing that the condo was missing, it was perfect. All appliances and utensils were in working condition and brand new. We had a small baby with us, and it was a perfect location that someone could be in the condo for naptime and still sit on the balcony and practically feel like you were sitting on the beach. The internet was great to have. Lots of games and videos. Storage closet outside condo is the best. No tracking sand all through the condo and sweeping everyday. It is a perfect location for many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Parking was no problem and it was great having vehicles undercover. Owner answered all questions and was great to talk with. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation. Usually everyone is ready to go home after a week, it was not easy getting them out of here. This condo is great and we will be returning soon. FYI my son got engaged while we were here so I am sure it will be a special place for them to return to! Only complaint was the pool was FREEZING! Would have been nice to have been able to enjoy it because it is a newly redone pool but was just too cold. I am sure it is great mid-summer. Nothing to do with the owners, but they need a heater for the pool LOL Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Karen & Rick

  My family stayed in this condo over Labor Day week and it was by far the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in in OC (and we have been going to OC for 20+ years!). The renovations are immacculate and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything that you could need. It was so new, clean, upgraded, and kept in amazing condition. There are flat screen TV's in every room, tile in the bathroom, kitchen, and hallways, and wonderful appliances in the kitchen. My family raved about this condo and we would recommend it to anyone we knew. We are hoping to stay there again for years to come!

  We stayed here in June 2010 and were very pleased. The condo had gorgeous unobstructed wide (double sliders in the living room) views of the ocean. The unit was very close to the ocean and steps to the pool. This was impt as we have 3, 4, and 6 year old which entailed constant trips back to condo. I was happy that the beach was not jam packed in front of the condo. The pool usually had one or two max other families. Also, the decor was very updated and attractive including very nice artwork and nice furniture. Bathrooms had very pretty tile and were clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked...had powerful blender, new coffee maker, pancake griddle, large pots, salad spinner and plenty of utensils. Liked location, it was very easy to bike or run north in relative safety and you are very close to the highway that takes you to Harris Teeter. Parking was never an issue...you are allotted two spots and there was an elevator. Ledos right across the street. Owner was accessible and straightforward and our security deposit was promptly returned. The only thing I missed was not having a grill but I think that is the case with most of the buildings in the region and was a very minute concession in an excellent stay. Maybe there was a building grill but I didn't see it. Anyway, we've stayed many places in OC and this is an excellent value and we will definitely stay again when we return to the beach. Great place if you are seeking a quiet yet very fun family vacation!!!!

We are beach goers and the condos we generally stay in are never well equipped for cooking, etc. and often we have to clean them before settling in. Our goal & hope when renovating was to have our tenants enjoy our place during the season as much as we do in the off season. We're glad we accomplished that for you.
