Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$600-$1200/week or $300 per night with a 2-night minimum. Call owner for off-
season rates. $250.00 refundable security deposit along with 50% of the rental
fee is due at time of reservation. Remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior
to arrival date. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days
before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before expected
arrival, 50% of the rental fee, along with the $250.00 security deposit will be
refunded.
