Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$700-$1300/week
50% refundable deposit is payable at the time of the reservation.
Thirty days prior to arrival, a non-refundable deposit equal to the remainder
rental fee plus taxes is required. $250 refundable security deposit.
Cancellation less than 30 days results in a refund of only the refundable
rental portion and $250 security deposit will be returned unless we are
able to re-rent the house on the same or better terms.
