There is a 5 person Jacuzzi tucked away in its own private bamboo oasis after your day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and snorkel gear provided.
42’ Plasma TV’s, wireless internet, phone allows unlimited calls within USA, cable, Playstation II and large assortment of DVD’s while you relax in Air Conditioned comfort or enjoy the island breezes. Every room has ceiling fans.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We bought this home to vacation rent in 2007 and finished remodeling in 2008. We purchased this home because of its location. We live in the same neighborhood and just love it here. We decorated the home the way we would want a vacation in Maui to feel like... all in Hawaiian beach decor. We designed the home based on a vacation house Loren's family got to enjoy in Kaui when celebrating his Grandparents 50th anniversary. We put a full kitchen and living room on each level allowing for large families to have space amongst themselves and built a large lanai big enough for everyone to enjoy meals together while overlooking the ocean and sunsets. The location is just right while allowing the price to be affordable for most families.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is clean and has a refreshing beachy feel about it. The large grass yard, private Jacuzzi, beautiful decorations, flat screen TV's and new posterpedic beds make it great but the best part of the house is its LOCATION. Near some of our favorite beaches, shops and restaurants bordering the resort town of Wailea. Walk down to Keawakupu Beach in front of multi million dollar estates and enjoy one of the best beach walks all the way to Makena. This walk goes through many beaches and resorts of Wailea. Enjoy the small family operated shops and restaurants of South Kihei or the high end shops, restaurants and golf courses of Wailea. It's all within a couple minutes of the house for your enjoyment. The house is loaded with all the amenities of home including all the beach gear. So come and enjoy the incredible island of Maui in our vacation home. We love to share our many insider tips. This beach is directly below the house that is safe for the whole family. Great sand although watch for submerged lava rocks. There is a large grass park with shady areas, bathrooms and picnic table

We rented this house to stay in for our wedding in May. We had both our parents and siblings stay with us which was amazing to be able to all stay in the same place together, but not feel like we were crowded. The house is very well maintained and in the perfect location. The beach is only a few blocks away which was perfect for our morning walks!! The owners were very nice and helpful and we felt that they truly cared for us. We had a small issue with ants and we called Loren and he was over there that same day to take care of it for us!! They also provided sand toys, chairs and all kinds of beach stuff for us to use which definitely saved us from having to rent all that! We all can't wait for our next family vacation to Hawaii, we will definitely be staying here again!

The 9 of us just got back from a week in your house and couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect from the view to the decorating - to the quiet location. We left you a couple of boogie boards. Couldn't believe the amount of beach stuff you had for us to use. None of the guys who needed snorkel gear had to rent at all - they just used from your shed. We also appreciated the advice on activities and general Maui information you gave. Love the place and hope to be back soon!

Spent a week with the family at the house. Absolutely fantastic! Very spacious place kept in great condition. Nice TVs, great appliances, a private hot tub, spacious rooms, lots of beach toys, and so many thoughtful extras (detergent in the laundry room, nice cutlery in the kitchen, etc). Definitely the perfect place to take a load off and drop all the worries. The owners are great--very helpful in pointing us to fun attractions, providing whatever info we needed, etc. Loren even went out with us for a quick scuba dive to orient ourselves at the start of the week. An absolutely fantastic place, run by fantastic people. Would recommend any time. Thanks!

Well, the eight of us just got back this past Friday, (09-16-11) and we had a GREAT time! Stayed seven nights/ eight days! This is my second time to your Beautiful house, sixth time to Maui, and the Maui House did not disappoint! For those of you reading this and thinking, should I or shouldn't I, just do it! You will be so glad you did! The house is clean, quiet, big, totally furnished and the location couldn't be better! Worried about parking? We had three cars and there was still plenty of room for more! The spa in the back yard...WONDERFUL! Especially after a long day of site seeing! We used one of the two barbecues a couple of nights to cook our dinner - so good! Oh yeah, the yards are beautiful too! Denise and Loren obviously have a green thumb because their front and back yard couldn't look any prettier! Will I come back? I am all ready booking my stay for next year!
