What a wonderful place! We had such a fantastic time in Breckenridge that everyone wants to go back next year. I have nothing but great things to say about the place, the location for a group our size just does not get any better. The accommodations were very comfortable making everyone feel at home. We used the kitchen every morning - breakfast to 10 adults made easy. Close enough to the base of Peak 9 that several of us came back for lunch most days. The hot tub was used nightly (after happyhour at the Breckenridge Brewery) which I’m sure kept our muscles from being as sore as they could have been and was a great way to relax at the end of very active day! Main street was a block away so walking to dinner and shopping was easy. Chip gave great information on everything - ski rentals, Grocery, transportation options, and more. Because of my job a reliable Internet connection is a must - WiFi worked great. Thanks so much for making our vacation one of a lifetime!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Had a wonderful vacation in breckenridge and this lovely condominium was icing on the top. Nicely decorated, conveniently located, great big hot tub on the deck, comfy beds and good pillows! We highly recommend anyone looking to rent in Breck to try this home! We will be returning and renting this home again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a wonderful location for our family to gather for the holiday. We had enough room to spread out with quiet places for adults and kids to play. Having two refridgerators was nice with 16 people! Being so close to downtown and the slopes allowed everyone to have their own schedule and meet up without feeling like you were waiting. The kitchen was well appointed and the 2 chef's we had were pleased! Having a bathroom for each bedroom was an added bonus with teenagers.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

After a long drive from Memphis, TN, we were thrilled to arrive at one of Breckenridges finest homes. The hot-tubs felt great after a long day on the slopes. The skiing was great.
