Our Property was built by my late husband Jeff Levy, "birdman¨. Jeff was an entrepreneur, genius and lover of wild birds, (parrots, macaws), Palm trees, and bamboo.

Jeff loved Lake Atitlan the most from all the many countries he visited through out his 49 years of life, he spent the last 12 years of his life building and decorating with great elegance, comfort and exquisite taste our lake house. He built it with the desire to share it with people from all over the world , where they can find peace of mind, inner soul and feel spiritual, happy, adventurous and have lots of fun! He decorated with a Mayan and Balinese style combination with Guatemalan bamboo, rattan and rosewood. Jeff Levy constructed and designed the house himself with no architects or decorators just his wonderful taste and travel experience.

It is his life inspiration and legacy that we are proud to care for, and share with you, hope we can have you as our special guest soon, so you can share with us this wonderful experience! Please asks us for any special needs. We will be so happy to make them come true for you!
