Our Oceantfront Penthouse, three bedrooms and three baths is waiting for you to come enjoy your vacation. This unit is on the top floor being the Penthouse unit, floor 12, Tower 3, with two balconies for you to watch the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunsets. You can see the beautiful sky blue ocean and watch the dolphins from the kitchen when you are making your morning coffee or sitting on the couch watching your favorite evening show. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all newly remodeled cabinets throughout.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large private bath with a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and adjoins the second full bath. Take the spiral staircase upstairs to a queen bed, private bath, bar sink, icebox and your view of the gulf with a complete extra large private balcony.
Here at Edgewater we have an 11,000 square-foot Lagoon Pool with waterfalls, 4 Hot tubs, Poolside Bimini Bar, Pizza Hut, Ice Cream Parlor, Gift Shop, Hair Salon, Fitness Center, Golf Course and Pro Shop and much more. The Ocean Grille Restaurant and Bar is located next to the Lagoon Pool and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This was such a nice place to stay! The view of the beach from the balcony is incredible. Everything we needed to cook with was there and the penthouse itself is beautiful. I love Edgewater Resort too! The pools are great and with stores/restaurants right across the street - you can't beat it! Can't wait to stay there again next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I HAD NOT BEEN TO PANAMA CITY IN OVER 20 YEARS AS WE HAD GOTTEN INTO GOING TO ALL INCLUSIVE RESORTS AND CRUISES. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THIS CONDO AND THE RESORT ITSELF. IT FELT LIKE A RESORT NOT A HOTEL. THE PICTURES YOU SEE HERE ARE JUST LIKE IT IS WHICH IS VERY NICE. THE LOCATION WAS A PLUS CLOSE TO STORES AND GOOD PLACES.TO EAT. THERE ARE SOME THERE THAT ARE GOOD TOO. THIS IS ON THE 12TH FLOOR RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND IS 2 STORY. I TALKED TO OTHERS WHILE I WAS THERE AND MOST PAID MORE FOR A 3 BEDROOM AND SOME PAID ABOUT THE SAME AS US FOR A ONE BEDROOM. TRY THIS PLACE YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. I WAS WORRIED THAT I WOULD NOT BE HAPPY WITH A " AT HOME " VACATION BUT I WAS VERY PLEASED AND STILL FELT LIKE I WAS IN PARADISE. THE BEACH IS GREAT. WE ARE FROM TENN. AND I WISH I WAS STILL THERE RIGHT NOW. I AM A TRAVEL AGENT AND HAVE A LOT TO COMPARE TO AND THIS WILL BE ON MY LIST TO VISIT AGAIN FOR SURE. THIS IS UNIT IS SO NICE AND WELL LAID OUT FOR PRIVACY AND THE 2 BLACONIES ARE AWESOME IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO COOK WITH ( IF YOU WANT TO COOK ) OH AND I FORGOT THE POOL IS GREAT TOO. HOPE YOU ENJOY AS MUCH AS WE DID. GIVE IT A TRY.

This was an awesome penthouse and an unbelieveable rate compared to other places we stayed at PCB. The view was the best and all the extra amenities at Edgewater make this place unique and the only place we will stay. The penthouse balcony was our favorite place to watch the beautiful sunset each night. I really liked that we didnt have to check in at any front desk and we just drove right in and went directly up to the penthouse with no waiting of any sort. The main lagoon pool was our favorite pool to lounge at. You cant go wrong by staying here. We have already booked for next year to stay here again!
