Peru House - Peru, Vermont Vacation Rentals Contact Edna Meyer Broker for owner. Located in Peru walking distance to the small town. Extremely idyllic and on 10 acres with a red barn. There is a small stream running along the house for fishing and a pond for swimming or rubber rafts. Lots of fun for kids and room to play outdoors. Bromley slide and skiing are 3 miles. Hapgood Pond is just a mile down the road. Peru was the town used in Diane Keaton's Baby Boom. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The living room is large with a big brick fireplace. There is a family room with lots of seating. There is a screened porch with a picnic table overlooking the pond, barn, yard and trees. It is country living with a convenient location to Weston, Manchester, Londonderry, Landgrove and Stratton.
