The house is located in the quiet community of Bay View Park. Enjoy the peaceful canal from the porch, deck or dock. Bring your boat or kayak to explore the Assawoman Bay great for birding, fishing, or just taking in the views.
You can walk, bike or drive from the house to the beach. There is a private parking lot at the entrance to the community to park your car and take the short walk across the street to the beach for sun, surf or fishing.
On first floor there are two bedrooms, den with pull out couch, full bath, screened porch by private dock and laundry room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, two full baths, and a great room, which consist of the kitchen, dinning room and living room. Views of the bay from the second floor are priceless! The upstairs deck has a gas grill and table with chairs.
Stay close and explore the small town of Bethany Beach, maybe a little shopping and an ice-cream cone. Or take a short drive south to Ocean City, MD that has many restaurants, boardwalk with rides, movie theater, mini golf and much more entertainment. Go north to Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Lewes. Dewey beach is known for its restaurants and live music scene. Rehoboth is home to outlet shopping, boardwalk with one of a kind boutiques and fantastic restaurants. Lewes has quant shops, antiquing, great dinning and the Lewes ferry boat, which can take you to historic Cape May and to Atlantic city casinos!

We just returned from the best week ever in this beautiful beach home.Home was clean & very comfortable.My 16 yr old son enjoyed crabbing from the dock.Also enjoyed canoing in the bay with our canoe.Short walk to the ocean beach.Qiuet peace full area.Definitely would like to return to this goreous home again. Thank you for letting us rent your home!
