  • Just got back from enjoying the labor day weekend at your condo and it was exactly as you said it would be and more. What great accomodations you have. Really nice and clean and such easy access to the beach. The carts, the parking spot, the packet of goodies in the mail (the can coolers came in very handy), and close to so many restaurants was even more of a bonus. We really enjoyed are stay.   • The condo was clean, well maintained. It is on the end which gives extra privacy. The condo is furnished nicely and has all the necessary items to make it a nice stay away from home. Close to shopping and dining which is nice with the Destin traffic. Mr. Amos was quick to respond to any problems we had and easily to work with. The only problem we had was with internet access which occurred b/c the provider's system went down, but Mr. Amos was quick to get to the bottom of the proble for us. The condo is large and the bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy. One bedroom is behind 2 different doors which would make it nice if two couples went together. Would reccommend.

  • Kent, Thanks for allowing us to spend the month of November in sunny Florida. We love Destin and are so glad we chose your condo for our home away from home. The decor is elegant and beautiful, yet so comfortable. The unit is so well equipped and the location is excellent. The fitness room was great, and we enjoyed the heated pool daily, along with walks on the beach. Our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren visited us the week of Thanksgiving and the spacious layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Our stay at your condo was marvelous, and we most definitely wish to return again and again!

  • Dear Kent, Thanks for a wonderful family vacation. Your condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms having it's own bathroom was so convenient for everyone. There was never a wait for an elevator and there was easy access to the pool. The rafts came in handy and small stores and restaurants were within walking distance. You and your wife definitely go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. The others on our team were very envious when they saw our condo. Destin if by far the best beach I have ever been to. Last year,in Panama City,my daughter wouldn't even go into the ocean. This year, couldn't get her out of it. Everyone at Pelican Beach & The Terrace were extremely friendly and helpful. We did get to go deep sea fishing and had a blast. We went out on the Just-B-Cause. The crew and captain were great. Thanks again for an incredible place to stay 4/16-4/24- we really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo and the full week was incredible - our longest stay yet........our son loved the bunk beds and his 'own' TV and we loved having a nice master suite right off the deck, which is very private and great for an afternoon lounge out w/ a drink! We enjoy eating in for breakfast and lunch and then picking a great place to eat dinner .....Thanks also as I said in the guest book at the condo for your great communication in the rental process- by far the best we have had and this was our 5th trip to Fort Walton Beach/Destin area! Can't wait to come back and thank again for everything!!! It was nice to meet you in person and put a face with the name - you have a gorgeous place there!   • Just wanted to let you know again how much my family and I enjoyed your condo in Destin. It was absolutely beautiful and so conveniently located. It was so nice to be right in the middle of all the action; we usually stay closer to Sand Destin so this was quite a change and we loved it! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We lounged every evening out there for hours. I just wanted to thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to stay there and we hope to be able to visit your place again soon!
