Accommodations: House - 3 Bedrooms + Bunk Area - 2.5 Baths - (Sleeps 9)

- A Golfer's view of our house from the 7th Tee - - Black Butte Ranch, Oregon Vacation Home Golf Home 17, located directly behind the 7th Tee of Black Butte Ranch's Big Meadow championship course has been our vacation paradise for 18 years. Prior to this, our family rented this wonderful place every summer for 10 years. We've never wanted to stay anywhere else on the Ranch! It has been a labor of love and we keep it in immaculate condition. Furnishings are eclectic with a mix of modern, traditional and antique. There are three excellent Queen sized beds, a new set of bunks and a trundle bed. In 2006 we added a bunk/recreation room and opened up a loft area with sleeping pads suitable for youngsters and their sleeping bags. While we and many others have enjoyed superb family holiday experiences, we have found that golfing people consider our home their ideal choice during all parts of the extended golfing season. The deck and living room windows offer an unmatched view of every drive off the tee of this course's longest hole, dog leg left. Located on Fiddleneck Lane, our quiet location is within an easy bike ride of two swimming pools, the main Lodge, canoeing, Recreation Barn (and climbing wall in summer), tennis courts, ball field, Restaurants, Big Meadow Club House and the driving range. In winter, one can often cross country ski right from our door and Hoodoo Ski Area is less than 15 miles away. We have mountain views of Three Fingered Jack, Mt Jefferson and Black Butte.

All rates: add $100 Cleaning fee/7% county tax (ID #302)/Ranch-collected use fee
Pet fee: Pets allowed only if previously arranged with owner
Extra charge of $30/pet/reservation.
Security deposit $500 refundable after exit inspection.
Summer Deposit $600 with reservation; balance 2 weeks prior to visit.
