Our condo is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom, jetted tub and shower. The queen room also has a private bathroom. The third bedroom has full/full bunk beds. In the family room, we have a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD combo, telephone and alarm clock. The third bathroom shares a full bath off the kitchen.
AMENITIES:
All linens included, towels and a full size washer and dryer in each unit and free high speed internet.
The condo has a great open floor plan and spacious condo. It is a second floor unit on the west end. We have two huge gulf side pools, an exercise room, game room/vending, covered parking, beach service (seasonal) and the white sandy beach. We are just minutes away from many restaurants and shopping centers.
The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room and family room. Our unit is just above the grassy park area of the complex so it is more private and quiet than the units over the pool.
We include free beach services with a pair of padded lounge chairs and umbrella. We have keyless entry, so there are no keys to keep up with while you are on the beach or at the pool! This is a second floor condo conveniently located next to the stair and the elevator.
NO ADDED OR HIDDEN FEES. RATE + CLEANING FEE + TAX IS ALL YOU PAY.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITES:
Mini golf, go carts/ bumper boats, water park, bungee jumping, Destin Commons shopping center, Outlet mall, golf courses, movie theaters, tons of shopping and restaurants.

Water's Edge #203 is a beautiful condo. There is plenty of room and the beach decor is gorgeous. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the neccessites plus more. The oceanview from the balcony is breathtaking. The beach and pool were both a very close walk. The 2 pools are huge and there were always plenty of chairs at the pool and cabanas on the beach. The location was also close to restaraunts and shopping. We would love to stay here every year. Great price for such a nice place!

weather was great, condo was great and water was good. Our first time staying at this location and we were very pleased. The only things we thought could be imporved is 1) cooling the pool down a bit and haveing more grills available.

Just returned from a 5 night vacation at the Water's Edge condo's in room 203. Everything was just as I had hoped. The condo was very large with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. A very large balcony with a beachfront view. The beach and the pool areas were both easily reached from the condo. The location was also convienent to resturants and grocery store. A very satisfying vacation!

We stayed in Water's Edge #203 with another family of 3 (6 of us total) and loved the spaciousness of the condo and its large balcony. The kitchen and outside grills were perfect for making home cooked meals and the carpeting in the living area was great for the small kids. The direct view of the ocean is perfect and we all loved the huge pool. The location was great with convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants close by. We had no problems getting beach chairs and umbrellas, although we only received one umbrella and two chairs for free each day. Southern Resorts was very responsive and made checking in and out a breeze. I would definitely book this condo again.

Why the Owner Chose Waters Edge
We chose to buy our condos on Okaloosa Island because of the location. The white sandy beaches are amazing. Waters Edge is a low density complex so the beach is never crowded. We are very close to Destin for all the conveniences but our beaches are much less crowded than Destin beaches and we don't deal with Destin traffic.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Waters Edges has two pools overlooking the beach. The beaches are less populated so you have much more family space. We have a lawn with a grilling and picnic area for family gatherings. We are close to many great seafood and family restaurants.
