Pass through Orleans-style wrought iron gates leading into the lush entryway. Once inside, the gorgeous hardwood floors flow throughout the main living area. A gourmet kitchen delights the senses with the black granite countertops and state of the art appliances. Conveniently adjacent is the laundry area with new Maytag Washer and Dryer. Enjoy waking up with a cup of coffee at the breakfast island or take in the gracious Newport Beach lifestyle in the outdoor garden courtyard. This brick-paved enclave invites quiet relaxation or festive entertaining. Large built-in gas BBQ and patio seating for six is perfect for those Southern California nights. Or if a more formal setting is desired, invite 8 for dinner in the luxurious dining room.
As the home unfolds, the living room and dining room lead to a private den/media room. This is the place to wind down with a newspaper or enjoy the large 52” TV . The cozy mahogany wood bar with beveled glass cabinetry is perfect for cocktail hour with a
