Best Condo in the building! It was clean, well-maintained and the location couldn't have been better. We walked out the door each morning and were on the slopes within a few minutes. We had no problems with noise, we have a 6 month old so needed a quite place and it was very quiet all the time. Couldn't ask for better owners to work with, they were very helpful in answering questions and professional in handling the details. We recommend this condo to anyone and won't stay anywhere else on our next trip to Winter Park!

Awesome Spring break hideaway! We had a great stay, but the week went by way too fast. Fantastic location only about 1 minute from the ski slopes, shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 and the owners were wonderful to deal with throughout the process - Thank you for making it all so easy! No regrets on this end, had a great time. Our friends that stayed elsewhere on the mountain were not so happy with their selection. I've been told that next year I'm the designated vacation planner! I'll just pat myself on the back for making a great choice! Kollen & Lisa Nelson

Everything about our stay was great. We had three teenage boys and one teenage girl. The set up of having three beds in one room worked like a champ. Our hosts were great, they went out of thier way to help us. This is a ground floor unit and for us that was great, no trudging up elevators with supplies etc. the hot tub was a huge hit and we were in it everynight! Look no further, this place is great!

Although there were a few hiccups getting the contract with the correct name not "Peters", we arrived at Winter Park with out incident. Of course when we checked in at Zephyr Lodge not able to get the key to the condo because I had to prove I was who I was and not "Peters" as whom the reservation was under. Thank goodness I had my contact in hand. We found the unit cozy but could use some cleaning. Oreo cookies on the carpet, king bed cover soiled, more dusting check on top of the frig, corners in the bathroom, carpets (come on three in the small kitchen alone) and need washed for sure. If you don't mind being up early, 4 am, the plows and people in the stairwell right next to master bedroom you won't have a problem but I have to also mention the party people on the weekends coming and going at 2:30 am right in front of the unit. The washing machine is very noisy and should be looked at. We were suppose to have access to club but when asked they stated only to guests staying at Zephyr Lodge as there is no work out area at Fraser Crossing. Would have liked to have a book on what to do with garbage, discount ski pass options, how to close up and what was preferred when leaving. Main floor unit easily accessible and additional items such as spices and laundry detergent was a bonus.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is ideal -- ground floor, right next to parking and entrance, short walk to chairlift and restaurants/shops. The condo is well furnished and updated. The hot tub on the 3rd floor is nice. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely want to stay here during our next visit to Winter Park.

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Winter Park and your condo was great for our family. The convenience of being on the ground floor and proximity to the National Sports Center for the Disabled and the village was very important as two of our children use power wheelchairs and they were able to explore without much trouble. Your condo is warm and comfortable and welcomed us home after a day on the slopes. Your promptness and genuine desire to make our vacation a success only added to our enjoyment. Our family looks forward to staying with you in the future.

My family & I enjoyed a great week at WP and this condo was a big part of it. Owners Jeff & Annette were a pleasure to deal with & were very helpful & accomodating. This condo is I believe, the closet unit in Fraser Crossing or Founders Point to the ticket window & Zypher lift. Its on the first floor so there was no waiting for elevators and the parking garage was extremely close , making for easy unpacking & packing the car. It was so close to the hill that we were able to come back to the condo for lunch every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils -everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Having the washer and drier in the unit was a big plus. The condo even had a few board games to help entertain the grandkids. When we come back to WP , this is the first condo I will check for availability

We stayed here for two weeks during this past Thanksgiving and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations and convenience of being literally right across from the Zephyr lift. Very clean, fully furnished and nice. Would be happy to provide reference for the owners and their place.

My husband, two teenage daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It is roomy, comfortable, and very clean. With a ground floor private entrance, it faces west and is very light. The furnishings are very nice and the beds comfortable (easily sleeps 8 in king/queen/bunks/fold out) and has 2 nice roomy bathrooms. The owners were absolutely great to work with... very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Winter Park - and readily recommend it to friends. Location: VERY close to the Zephyr lift (right across a small, very quiet street), the main Winter Park lodge & "village" area with restaurants & small shops. Nice large outdoor jacuzzi and gas fireplace on the 3rd floor... good for post-biking/skiing.

INCREDIBLE location, value and ammenities. Very rarely is such close access to the lifts available with such convenient indoor parking. Ground level location is a definite asset to this quiet, cozy condo. Our 4, 3 and 1 year olds could easily walk to the park and lifts. We've never communicated with such kind condo owners (who were also very flexible as our plans kept changing) nor stayed in such a well equipped condo. Games, puzzles, blankets and kitchen necessities are in abundance in this well kept, clean and beautiful condo. We will gladly be staying here again on our next trip to Winter Park.
